They don't use normal delivery methods, I paid for 5 day shipping. The shipper is CESA there website then showed by end of day 2 days after. It was to be delivered. Today the day there website shows to be delivered now there telling me it will be tomorrow, This is one package over 200lbs my office girls can not lift this I had staff stay all day Monday waiting for it now all day today now if we have staff all day tomorrow. 10 hours x 3 day x 55 per hour per man that is a lose of 3300.00 in billable hours then and a loose in payroll of 2280.00 since there is nothing these guys can do at the office but set there and wait. All this for a 1,000.00 sink this is creazy. So that sink now cost me 6580.00 till it's done just horrible.

Vevor doesn't sell replacement parts. If anything is damaged or breaks you must buy a completely new one. Waste of money and creates more garbage. Find a reputable company.

Just wanted to warn everyone I bought a vacuum chamber from them and it has been under warranty and I have been reaching out to them and all I've been getting is the run around the machine is broke and I need it replaced I bought lots of stuff from them and had no trouble but with this one I have and they will not cover the warranty they said I've had it more than 6 months and the warranty is good for a year and still will not replace it You all need to be on the lookout for this company all they do is give you the run around!

I purchased a paint sprayer to paint a room with that hurried up and charged me and shipped it but the sprayer didn't even last long enough to paint 2 walls of my 12x12 room. It went out and would not pump I cleaned it completely and still nothing. I contacted customer service for a refund and they have been no help all they were supposed to send me return shipping information and i never received it as promised now they just keep sending me emails telling me be patient someone will get back to me in 1-3 days. Cone on now this is bs and it didn't take that long for them to take ny money. I am about ready to fill a dispute on Vevor with my credit card company and let them work it out for me. I think I may have gotten scammed a d ripped off by Vevor. If im wrong ill come back and delete this review but as of now I recommend you stay away from vevor

Do not, I repeat do not buy anything from this company. Once you purchase it, you go into a Neverland of overseas chats coming from robots. Although they say you can return and there is a warranty, they take 4 days to even respond and make it impossible to fulfill the warranty. Since their stuff is complete garbage you will absolutely need to rely on this warranty and will get nowhere. Literally worst company on planet earth. My ice machine broke after 3 weeks and I have been emailing them for 1 month with zero resolution.

VEVOR ARE THE WORST DONT BUY OFF THEM!
These guys are the worst I have ever dealt with... First of all, they deliver my BBQ cabinet, but it has no handles or vent in the box, so I contact them and get the run around. Take photos and send it to them...? Hang on how can I take photos of things that are not in the box? Anyway, took photos and sent them. Then no responses then a response saying that it has been escalated and then telling me the items will be sent out, but it will take 10 to 15 days to receive them. Keep in mind I am chasing them constantly about this and not getting any response from them. I asked to be let know when the items were shipped and a tracking number, but as of today still no response. If I could give them a minus 10 stars rating I would. Now 20 days since I raised the issue of no handles and vent and still cant get a response from them. DON'T USE THESE GUYS BUY ELSEWHERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE WITH THEM.

I purchased a 20x40 pool safety cover that stated in the add that it was for a right step pool. I received it, and when I took it out of the box it was for a left step pool. I contacted them and explained to them that there add was false advertising. Customer service girl said that she would put a ticket in for replacement on the cover or refund me. Well, that didn't work. They wont take it back and replace me with the correct cover because it is past my 30 day return period. They told me to find a company where I live to have them fix it. They offered me a WHOPPING $41 USD. What a scam.

DO NOT BUY from this company! They are all lies and do not stand behind their products! They say they are under warranty for a year, but then they avoid doing anything to help you! I bought a small refrigerator in January and it had never been moved but it stopped cooking completely! I called VEVOR and they said they will contact me by email. They contact you but it is during the night and if you email them back then you won't hear back from them until into the next very early morning. They tell you for weeks they haven't heard back from the manufacturer because they are on on leave. They apparently never come back from leave and then they tell you that you can have it repaired locally and they will give you a discount! I said what are you talking about giving me a discount! It is under warranty so either refund my money or send me a new one. Now they are saying I used it for eight months so the best they can do is online troubleshooting or parts! Then they told me that since I bought it from Walmart and bought the extended warranty to contact Walmart! The extended warranty does not come into play until after the manufacturers warranty! They will do anything and everything to avoid helping get it take. Are of! It is quite apparent they do not care at all! I will NEVER buy a VEVOR product again!

Order number **************987 or ticket number ************** is a Vevor 65.6 ft sewer camera package that has been unusable (damaged or Dead On Arrival - DOA) since the time FedEx (tracking number **************) delivered it to me on September 27,2023. Vevor withdrew CAD 303.99 from my visa card after I made online purchase, but, in return, Vevor sent me garbage. As garbage has no value ($ 0), Vevor currently owes me CAD 303.99. I am still struggling to get my money back immediately either by money deposit into my visa card or by shipment to me of another new Vevor 65.6 ft sewer camera package. In addition, Vevor's customer service at *******@vevor.ca only contacts me once a day by email, apparently because they are overwhelmed by similar technical problems from other customers. In my opinion, it is time to change Vevor's slogan to Defective Tools - Half Price.
I come to conclusion that the Vevor 65.6 ft sewer camera has been defective from the shipper or seller because of reasons as follows. I am a new customer that on September 27,2023 received from vevor.ca a parcel containing a Vevor 65.6 ft sewer camera package (order number **************987. FedEx tracking number **************). Immediately after opening the parcel, I connected the camera and the monitor, and then turned on the power ON switch at the right side of the monitor and pressed the power ON button at the bottom of the monitor, but I only saw a blue screen on the monitor (shown in a photo enclosed) and did not see any video coming from the camera. Also, I did not see any light coming from the camera. Note that I have been very careful with the parcel and nothing from the parcel has fell down or been damaged. I have read the user's manual included in the parcel, and I did not find anything wrong related to the "blue screen" problem. After charging the 8500 mAh battery to full capacity, I found problems with connection between camera & monitor; if I slightly rotated the connection cable when it was plugged into the monitor, camera would suddenly emit light, and if I rotated the cable further, camera would not emit light, and so on & so forth. Moreover, I always saw a blue screen and no video coming from the camera!
