I like the heating mantle. It's proper. No more oil baths or heat element sunk into sand for me! It's a solid performing unit. It's a little larger than I was expecting though.

Bought an ice crusher for kids for christmas, bought it early so they would have it during the hot months in Oklahoma. They love it.

I bought 2 reptile incubators (25L Scientific Lab Incubator for Small Reptiles) in Mar 2023. The first one broke in August. The second one broke in November. I spent over an hour on hold for customer service when the first one broke only to find that it's a calling service and they could not give any answers. When they broke, the incubator started beeping and the temp went to 60 degrees C and 59 degrees C. I shut them off, turned back on. They go automatically to those temps and won't let me adjust the temp down. I let both of them sit for a week and tried again. Still no luck. They're dead! And I can't find anyone at Vevor who can help me. Waste of money!

I inadvertently ordered a pneumatic rather than an electric drill and I contacted them immediately about my mistake. They said I couldn't cancel the order and would have to take delivery. When I contacted them for a return authorization number, they refused to accept a return and instead offered me 25 cents on the dollar. The short story is, I paid for a pneumatic drill that I do not need. Vevor is history.

Recently purchased a drink fridge from them and it had a noticeable dent on the side so I contacted their customer service and told them I wanted to return it because of that. They first offered $30 USD which I declined and then they offered $110 USD and I told them I still wanted to return them. So their 30day hassle free return policy is BS. As many people mentioned In reviews for this company they sell cheap Chinese products with extremely poor customer service. And even the temperature reader was in Celsius, no option to switch to Fahrenheit. Lol. When there is an issue like me you will have a huge hassle taking care of it. I wish I read their reviews before I made the purchase. Opened Paypal dispute since they don't seem like they want to be responsible for the damage and hope it goes well… Just didn't think these types of companies really exist in US. Don't buy anything from this company.

Machine was sent by UPS they sent to wrong address proof of delivery also provided but VEVOR not helping saying contact ups. Get some certificate what is this nonsense this is between VEVOR and ups and they should resolve issue but VEVOR not helping

I made two separate purchases. Tools. First one (infrared camera) is alright but second one (telescopic ladder) was seriously misadvertised by Vevor online. I would never want the product if it wasn't for false ads. On top of it, ladder came in with dents from shipping. Oh well, they have a 30-day no-hassle return policy, right? Nope. They offered me a $25 credit, which I don't care about. I need to return the ladder. They didn't care. It's been 3 days since receiving my shipment and they won't allow a return. Needless to say, this was my last purchase from them. Good luck with their honesty

On dec 18,2023, I purchased the VEVOR Electric Car Jack 3 Ton 12V Floor Jack, All-in-One Electric Scissor Jack, 120-370/170-420MM Lifting Range Scissor Lift Jack, Car Repair Tool with Inflator Pump, for Sedans and SUV Repair. I needed to use it 9-16-2023 and the compressor did not work. I have contacted Vevor Customer Service and they requested a detailed explanation and video recording of the problem. I submitted requested items, and they acknowledge receipt of the items.
I have contacted Vevor Customer Service repeatedly for several times and as of today 11-5-2023 they have failed to provide any answers for the problem and even though the unit has a warrantee certificate but they refuse to provide a resolution to fix the problem with the defective units. Every time I contact them, they issue a customer service ticket without any follow up.
I wished I had investigated their company reviews prior to spending money on their defective products.

I ordered a new ice maker. Within six months after it's full it shuts off which is fine. But after you empty it or the ice melts down it won't start back up. Customer service is trying to send me random parts for me to replace. Instead of servicing their junk.

What out for what you order. Just because they sell equipment doesn't mean they sell the filters for the equipment. I now have a fry filter machine that is useless because I can't get a filter for a Vevor machine that is sold by VEVOR. Make it make sense?
