I placed my Order 4. 12. 20. I opened the box to look at it and realized I needed the tub. I couldn't afford more so replied to them to get a full refund- I sent an email- no response after 3 days. Sent another no response after 3 days again. Sent another stating i was angry and finally a response. We went back and fourth for days. They requested a pic of an unopened box. I told them i opened it to see what was. They said they couldn't refund me. What the hell is that bull crap! I told them the piece in a sealed bag was still sealed and wires wrapped. How can you know- Do not be taken by this company. Mary

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. I ordered a product spend over $100 back in the beginning of April. I still have not received my product as it's 3 months later. I've tried to track the package and it still says no ship date yet. I've contacted the company five emails and two phone calls with voicemail with proof of purchase attached to emails and no response except an automated generated response that says we put your refund request at urgent a customer service chairperson will be contacting you the next business day. However no actual person has contacted me from the company about my refund I would not order from this company they do not have good customer service. I understand that covid has happened however you can't blame everything on covid-19 I have ordered from several other places and my packages have come during. So why do I not have my package from this company and why has no one contacted me in regards to this issue and why is there no delivery date on the tracking number. Beware of this company do not buy from here. Their site says excellent customer service and 100% customer satisfaction and I am not satisfied.
I never got my order. It's been almost 2 months. The 19th will make 2 months. I've reported them to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission!
Ordered March, 31,2020 took my money right then, nothing was mentioned about shipping delays etc. I have called the customer service number and get a recording, send emails and get canned responses. Asked for a copy of my shipping label received that from Jasmine Q from *******@verycrate.com went to the USPS tracking site and they are awaiting the item. It is now May 28,2020 and still not in the USPS system. I have sent all my documentation to the State's Attorney General.
I order two footbaths from them on the 12th of March and they've done nothing to resolve this situation except ignore me after taking my money. Their policy says 30 days is the limit to complain yet their website says that it's going to take longer because of covid but they haven't changed their allowance for complaints to be any longer. Terrible to non existent customer service.

Tried to cancel, but they said it was in transit and could not cancel. 2 different people offered me a refund (one for $15 and the other $10), but I never was refunded a dime. I received the product on 5/22/2020 and have contact the company 3 times to return it for a full refund and still no answer. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
Ordered This on April 4. It didn't come until May 20th. Never got the foot tub and I could order for extra cost. The promo did not say that. So was not what was expected. Lots of warnings for physical harm if you don't follow directions. They did give me a few dollars refund when I threatened to cancel. Lots of blame on Covid-19. Good excuse and that's the only thing that was timely for the company. My advise, do not order. Very sorry I did.
I ordered the very crate Ionic Detox Foot Spa over a month ago. As of today, 5/22/2020 I still have not received it. I reached out to the company and found that it had not even been shipped. Their company policy allows you to cancel and receive a full refund in the event that the item hasn't been shipped. I requested the refund. A week later, they're emailing me telling me that they are now shipping. According to tracking numbers, it's 'on it's way to a shipper in Inglewood, CA'. They dodge emails, and send cryptic/canned responses to emails. Save your money, DO NOT TRUST this place. They are a total joke. BAD SERVICE, non-existent product. FAKE REVIEWS.

Answer: Never. They donot have any proper phone number to call and besides automated email, no one respond to you. I wrote 10 emails over 3 months and received 1 reply to ask me why I am canceling my order even though their site states'no question asked'
