Two months ago I ordered their product because it sounded like an awesome foot spa. They said it would take a while to ship because of COVID-19, so I waited and received nothing. No tracking number to track where it came from, no order number to prove I bought a product from them. Save your money. Try to buy from someone reputable. These people are thieves. They do not provide a proof of purchase.
I have been waiting for over 8 weeks for my product. They immediately charged my account and now I can't even get an updated tracking of how long it's going to be to receive it. Would never recommend this company!

I gave this company a 1 only because I had to mark something. I ordered my spa in May about the first week. On May 19 it was tracked to California and nothing after that. I've contacted very crate about four times. I've asked for a refund and was told I couldn't get one because the order was shipped. They so said they couldn't track it anymore because the carrier couldn't track it. Here it is July and I haven't received either nor have I been contacted by Very Crate. Poor business

I ordered off of their site on fb and that was 3 months ago. I'm trying to figure out who to report them to. Nobody at Customer service and they keep blaming covid saying nobody at factory.
They don't have a phone. Number their page doesn't exist anymore...& There no way to communicate after paying... They are pieces of $#*!!
I have contacted their customer service email and have received canned responses. Supposedly my order shipped May 19th. I requested cancellation several times and now the tracking link says the shop doesn't exist. I'm contacting the BBB in Fremont CA on Monday. Very Crate's address is 2867 Sterne Place, Fremont, CA *******. If I could leave negative stars I would.
It took 3 months to receive my product. I emailed numerous times and only got an automated response each time. I called and no one answered. Once I got it, I used it and it worked fine. I tried it again the next day and it no longer works. I can't believe I paid this much and it only worked one time. I can't get ahold of anyone for help and returning it I'm sure will be a nightmare.
DO NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH STEALING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. AFTER THEY HAVE IGNORED YOU, AND MADE PROMISES TO REFUND (AND DON'T). DO NOT TAKE THIS LYING DOWN. FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR BANK TO OBTAIN A REFUND/CREDIT ON YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. THIS TAKES A LITTLE TIME, BUT IS WORTH IT. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU'RE GOING TO FIGHT FOR YOURSELF. FILE WITH THE BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU), STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, OR IN FLORIDA, THE DEPT OF AGRICULTURE CONSUMER AFFAIRS. THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND INVESTIGATED. **DO IT TODAY***
This machine is a waist of your money. It does what it says however it does it with or without someone's feet in the water... I tried it empty and got the same result as I did with my feet in water. Waste of $120.00.and company is not good on their promises or trying to refund a customer.
Do not shop with very crate i ordered the foot detox i paid for fast expedite and it took 5months then i only received partial of the order. The kit with no foot soaker. Complete rip off. Try to contact the company all sites are down. Worst customer service of my life. Don't waste ur money you will not get it back
There are two strong reasons not to purchase this product. 1) It creates the appearance of fake toxins in the foot bath to make you think it is cleaning out your system. 2) The company is unwilling to cancel orders -- I sent multiple emails to them with automated responses which ignored the substance of my request. Dont make the same mistake I did.
I trusted this company to send my products but they never did. I don't remember if came through on Facebook or PCH But I am shy of ordering anything else.
On March 26,2020, I made the mistake of ordering their foot bath with basin. On April 13 tracking said it was in Inglewood CA. By end of April I tried to contact VeryCrate to see where the foot bath was..."Its delayed". End of May still in Inglewood, CA. It finally got delivered on June 16 without the basin. Which has never showed up. Emailed VeryCrate for authorization to return the foot bath on June 17 and to get address to send it to. By June 28th I still hadn't heard back. We were going out of town for a week. You only have 30 days to return the product so I sent the item back to the return address on the package when I received it. Two days after I returned product I get an email with a different return address. Advised VeryCrate where I sent it since I hadn't heard from them... their answer is we can't help you. So I am out $149.99. They have the product and my money! This has been an awful experience. Total rip off!
This place is a total SCAM. Do NOT buy from them. I ordered this system only to find when it arrived that it was JUST the ionic device, not a TOTAL foot bath. You pay over $100 and you don't even get the TUB to soak your feet in! So immediately I decided to send it back. I opened the box to just LOOK at the product, didn't even touch it, just wanted to see what I paid $100 for since I expected it to be the total foot bath for that kind of money. So I decided to return it. When I wrote to them about returning it, they said first we need pictures of the product to make sure it's "unopened" so I took pictures of the box and opened it to show them the product which had NOT been opened or even touched. Based on the fact that I OPENED the Styrofoam that covered the box, they said, NO REFUND as you "opened" the box. Total scam. And you don't even know the refund policy till you OPEN THE BOX and read the pamphlet inside! I am reporting them to the BBB.
Don't waist your money. You will never receive your order. Waiting since March. No updates. Asking for refund or resend me another order.
Stay away from this website and company! They selling fake cheap products which takes at least 2 months to deliver and then it's doesn't work! And you will never see your money back because you opened the box! Crazy but real. Please don't waste your money!
You won't get it if you buy it mine has been waiting since May waiting in California and they say please wait and they can't give money back since it has shipped! Bull crap! I'm going to my bank and let them know it is a fraud!
I bought the ionic foot bath in April, it still hasn't arrived and it is in the middle of June. When I tried to call goes to vmail and also sent email. Do not buy from this company the will take your money and you will not rcvd a product I checked the tracking and it is still in CA,. Horrible experience
