pressure points relieved did not like mattress protector; regret buying it since it cannot be returned

Suggestion: Lack of education about the mattress before purchasing

Morning body aches are no more. Your sales staff (Comfort Coaches) are the valuable first face of contact with your customers, performing customer services second to none, managing, store custodians, switch board operations, etc. Perhaps their incremental pay increases should be fairly based on profits, performance, and/or time employed.

I bragged so much about your mattress that my brother went and bought one

Better after changes After paying almost $3000, to have to pay additional for comfort adjustment, well????? Spent over $4000 for 2 mattresses, you would think Verlo could absorb $100+ for an adjustment on a mattress that was recommended for my specific back ailments and sleeping style.
Suggestion: Cost. Cost. Cost. Etc....

Suggestion: We are thinking about having it made firmer. Also, I wish the edges of the mattress were a bit more sturdy

i no longer wake my wife when i toss and turn, and vice versa, ive been sleeping deeper and better since we got it

mattress was suppose to be harder but it's softer - I wake up with a back ache every single day- very disappointed! call me if you are willing to fix it so it IS harder - without charging me again. *******161
Suggestion: make it harder - but I'm certainly not going to pay any more than I already paid for you to "fix" it

took a while to get use to the right head and foot positions,but now its great

Suggestion: I would have ordered a mattress that was slightly softer.

Suggestion: Would have loved to pay less!!! But really, good quality for the price.

Suggestion: I wouldn't change anything. It's great the way it is. I also like that I don't need to flip it vertically. All I need to do when it's time to rotate it is switch it horizontally.

I slept on the bed for 2 weeks and it was too firm for me. I had the 2 twin mattresses picked up and made softer. Aaaahhhh. Now I will sleep better! Thank you for making the beds more comfortable, now we are all happy
Suggestion: You made them softer for me at no charge and that made me very happy

Somewhat, but not to the extent that I should be sleeping. The bed is sinking in the middle already. I have tried rotating it and sleeping in various areas of the bed to no avail.
Suggestion: The middle of the bed is comfortable and the entire bed should feel that way. It certainly should not be sinking only after a few months.

I sleep good on my Verlo mattress but the one I just bought is in my spare room so I do not sleep on it Verlo sure knows how to make a great mattress

The first two weeks I woke up to lower back pain, although it seems to be less after the third week. Have turned the mattress as instructed. So I guess it is just a matter of adjusting to the new mattress.
Suggestion: I think I would like to have it somewhat firmer.

Medical issues not related to the mattress. the material that makes the side of the mattress is not real sturdy
Suggestion: Even though we ordered the five inch box spring. The mattress is still to high for me.

Less snoring with ability to elevate head of mattress;
Suggestion: Easier to rotate/reverse on bed frame;

I'm having far less back and hip pain and I toss and turn much less.
