May need comfort adjustment in future, still not quite soft enough. Josh Haese is best sales guy I have ever worked with when buying a mattress. Need to give him big raise and make him VP of Verlo.
Suggestion: a little softer, i am side sleeper, arm falls asleep sometimes when i sleep on side.

my old pillow top was just too soft, my new verlo gives me the firmness I needed , much better sleep my wife and I have always liked Verlo and have bought mattress's there before and we have always been satisfied

I am waking up with a backache and neck pain. The middle is sinking. I had customer service over today and they found the inconsistencies in the mattress. I am awaiting a phone call to rectify the problem.
Suggestion: Previously described as inconsistently built.

Ever since the firmness adjustment my husband and I are having great nights of sleep. Great job! Dedicated professionals that seem to truly care about their customers.

I asked for the "stuffing" to be straightened out...was askew and your second crew were very helpful and careful.

This is the best mattress I have ever owned! Keep up the great work! I'll only be getting Verlo from now on.
Suggestion: I wish the top was slightly more cushiony, but my mattress protector makes it just a smidge more soft.

Sad that I spent all this money on your top of the line V11 and I have to look at the mattress every day. It should be covered up like my old Verlo Double Pillow Top King size bed. Almost 8 Thousand dollars I spent on one bed, so sad! :(
Suggestion: Sheets don't fit. Center of bed is higher then the sides. Many others things too.

Suggestion: Just a bit too firm. I will call for an adjustment.
