Jamal was extremely helpful. The delivery people could have been more helpful and explain things better and set up the bed to my height, or at least ask me how high.
Suggestion: I wish it was easier and lighter to turn. I didn't realize I had to turn it until I was in the store with a friend. No tags were on my bed when it was delivered.
We were so pleased about how easy it was to purchase exactly what mattress we wanted. It was so nice to be able to come into the store and try out different firmness, price levels, etc. on the various mattresses. It was a painless process! We also couldn't believe how quickly we were able to get our new mattress delivered. We've had a terrific night's sleep right from the first night!

Suggestion: I wouldn't just get a single top I would have both sides
I did not have trouble sleeping with my old mattress, BUT I really love my new Verlo mattress -- it is very very comfortable. Maybe I actually do sleep better now with my Verlo.
Suggestion: With my new 15 Now, with my 15" Verlo mattress, I had to get new bed sheets, but maybe I would have gotten new sets anyway. Also, now with my new mattress and lower bottom box, my bedskirts are too long -- so I will have to shorten them ( a job I have not yet tried to do. '
The zero gravity took some adjustment but cant imagine not sleeping that way know. Great service, great warranty. Love that it was MKE/USA company, Getting the new pillow made package complete.
Suggestion: Still not sure if I would prefer a tad more pillow top??
But, we replaced an existing Verlo. The new one is just as good as was the 20 year old one. Only, thank you
Suggestion: We still like to turnover our mattress. But, we understand that the new technology prevents that.

Suggestion: The one I sampled was softer then the one I actually got. I find that frustrating. I expect to get the level of softness I ordered. When I emailed my comfort coach about this problem, I received no response. When I tried to call the store to ask about it, I was in hold for about 20 minutes before I hung up. I do warn friends that ask me about buying from Verlo about these facts. I did not buy a cheap mattress, it should be exactly what I ordered. Otherwise, I like everything else about the mattress.

Suggestion: I wish it was a slight bit further off the floor but not to the extent that the typical mattress is.
Initially the mattress was to soft, and I would sink in. I hate this foam stuff. I had a comfort adjustment about a month or so ago, and at the time, it was better.....for a few days.Now, it's backaches every morning.I gave it a few weeks, but, it just keeps getting worse. I have been thinking about another adjustment,but, I need to know if the set-up I now have is as firm as it gets. If it is not, I want this to be firm, as if there was no foam to sink into. If it would mean losing some of the layers, without feeling individual springs, then that is what it will take. I am so dis-satisfied with this mattress I am seriously thinking of tossing it ( the $2000 notwithstanding)and going elsewhere.I can't be having this "sinking in foam" stuff anymore. I am extremely unhappy about this whole thing, and regret ever walking into your store, and having you tell me about the "engineered for the way I sleep design" that turned out to be a nightmare. I think my first mistake was when I came in and said I want a top-of-the-line, firm mattress.I never should have taken that approach. I now think I would have been better off with a cheaper mattress without all that magic foam crap. I'm not a happy camper. That about sums it up.

I'm able to fall asleep much more quickly and comfortably. I don't wake up with back pain or any sort of pain anymore. This bed is aweome. You guys are the best. Great customer service in store. When my mattress was delivered it was done very quickly and professionally. I've recommended Verlo to many family members and friends. Whenever I need a new bed, I know exactly where to go.

Suggestion: Honestly.... We love it.
Waking up less with sore spots and numbness.
Suggestion: It's too high. It is hard to get in the bed. I can't sit on the edge to dress.
The new stores are beautiful, and Carmella was great. She gave me information and then left me alone to make my decision.
Suggestion: I'd like it to be two sided. I'd also like to have a little more squishyness added, but I don't have a way to get it to the store for an adjustment.
it feels like the center of the mattress is sagging some already.
Suggestion: warranty longer to change the mattress coils to what the customer wants.
I love my new Verlo mattress and foundation. It is great ! I sleep very well, and sure was, in the market, to buy a new mattress the day I walked into the Verlo store. Keep up your great work. It was a pleasure doing business with you, and enjoy a happy, healthy New Year 2017 !
Firm bed, great support for my back. That's about it.
Suggestion: Very high off the floor, very hard too get into.
The mattress was worth the money. We fall asleep quicker and I am waking up pain free. I'd go as far as saying it's therapeutic. We are very satisfied customers. When we were shopping for a mattress we had planned on going to several stores in one afternoon. We stopped at Verlo and had no reason to visit any other stores.
Suggestion: We purchased a memory/gel foam mattress and I'm a little concerned it might be too warm in summer.
This was for the quest room, so I haven't slept on it.
