Suggestion: Obviously price, however I got a good deal

We have loved sleeping on our new Verlo mattress from the first night we got it. It was probably the easiest purchase we had made in a long time because of the staff and great product!! One of our better purchases!! We sleep so much better, with some mornings being hard to leave the comfort of the bed.

Suggestion: Worried it is going to get worn out to fast.

Suggestion: To be able to rotate mattress 1/4 every 3months would help the hump in the middle

Suggestion: It's practically impossible for me to turn it as specified in the directions. My bed has both head and foot boards, so there is not much room to turn the heavy mattress. (No, I'm not trying to flip it since it's a pillowtop.)

The best mattress ever!! Sleeping has been wonderful and restful. Jade was awesome and did a great job assisting in the selection process.

I am sleeping ok, but I believe the mattress is not firm enough. So because of that, I am not sleeping any better than my old mattress.
Suggestion: The mattress is very firm on each side, but not firm enough in the middle.

Basically yes, however we selected the wrong height for our box, it's two inches to high! Hard to get into the bed! Our box is too high, it needs to be two inches lower.

Suggestion: That the pillow shows our body imprints after we get up (even though I turn the mattress each time I change the sheets). I'm worried that it's not going to last very long.

mattress appears to be developing a hump in the middle just like the old one just not very impressed with it
Suggestion: the fact that it doesn't seem to maintain its shape for any length of time

LOVE the mattress!
Suggestion: It's a little too high for sitting on in the morning. 3 inches lower would have been perfect. Too bad there's not an adjustable frame to vary with people's heights.

I'm sleeping much better and wish this was done much sooner. Flipping the mattress is the hardest thing to remember to do, write a note for dates and such as to when to do it.
Suggestion: There's probably no way around this, but I wish it didn't bulk up on me with the adjustable base. I'm getting used to it though.

The mattress has nothing to do with my sleeping patterns.

Lost directions. How much longer do I need to flip head to toe all the time.
Suggestion: Don't like switching head to foot all the time. Can't turn it!

I wish the bottom mattress/box spring (?) was not as tall which makes the mattress taller. Didn't realize the height until it was delivered.
Suggestion: I wish the mattress wasn't as high off the ground as it is

When you had the offer for a free iPad, I called and said we would do the adjustable frame to get the iPad. Your rep was very rude. In no way were we eligible for the iPad. It wasn't Nancy.
Suggestion: I wish it were a little lower. Our frame is high.

Suggestion: Starting to dip in the middle a bit. even if i try sleeping on the side. I wake up back in the middle. Maybe have more support in the middle

The adjustable base makes finding a comfortable position a breeze and eliminated some snoring issues
Suggestion: A little more memory foam without going to full foam mattress
