Every thing is nice but my friend was told that they will get 50 dollars cuz they recommend me to verlo. They never received their gift card which is not good when they promised to do so Be honest about delivering your promise and respect your repeat customer who bring you customer.
Suggestion: Lil less thickness but want the firmness. Its just lil too high

Might be calling for you to soften it a bit.
Suggestion: Like to remove the topper for a little softness without it

Less back pain on the morning and more energy. Continue focusing on the customer.

Suggestion: Wish it could be just an inch or two wider. My 11 pound cat chooses to stretch out, full length, next to my chest. One night, she fell off the bed, and landed on the floor, with a significant "plop".

I had a really old mattress - should have upgraded sooner.

Mattress purchased is for guest bedroom. Less back problems. Customer service is great.
Suggestion: Am presently having Verlo do a comfort adjustment on my mattress.

The same as we had a Verlo before and liked it. It was so much easier to change bedding with the old mattress.

The adjustable frame has been great for my neck and back.

we are now sleeping hot, and waking several times a night due to it, getting up out of bed to cool off, and hope the mattress cools down. Let us know if this can be corrected.
Suggestion: A different mattress. The gel top makes us hot. The mattress is a little softer than expected.

My sleep has been better and my bed is comfortable I look forward to using verlo in the future.

When we were shopping for the matteress we made Fred aware that we wanted the least movement. Very dissatisfied with the adjustable platform. Every time I move it Rick's my wife Unless something is done about this platform I will never step foot in a Verlo store again and I am ready for two more mattress and box springs
Suggestion: Exchange the platform for a box spring

We are really enjoying our bed. I haven't had a backache since we made our purchase.
Suggestion: The only thing I would complain about is the space between the two mattresses. They don't fit tightly. I have to stuff folded sheets between the gap so our dog can sleep there.

Sleeping the same, my other bed is also a Verlo queen size, new is the same except a king. So having the same great sleeping experience and now any guests we have will sleep well in the guest room! Extremely happy with the product!

I like being able to raise the bed up with that lifter. It helps when my wife is snoring.
Suggestion: It seems a little pricey, but maybe that's what a quality mattress costs.
