We had an amazing experience from start to finish! Every person we interacted with from the sales floor to delivery was so friendly and our bed is amazing!
Suggestion: Lower price :)

It is not as comfortable as I had hoped. Still feel some hip pain. Do not toss and turn quite as much.
Suggestion: I have to vacuum under the bed everyday because it drops fluff every night. Not as fluffy as the store model.

This bed was for my 3 yr old. She loves it. I doze off on it with my toddler often. It's so comfy
Suggestion: It's smaller than the box, so my toddler hits her little feet and shins

Joints don't ache during the night or in the morning. Love the fact that it's light weight enough and it has side handles so even my 80+ year old partner and I (70+) can rotate it!

I don't know about better, but I'm happy that's it's the same comfort of the Verlo mattress we replaced. I do love the fact that When either of us moves, the other can't feel it! Appreciated the personal service and advice about what type of mattress would best fit our comfort tastes. We nailed it!

More support Ideas on how to keep the blankets falling off the bed on both sides equally. We can't separate the beds anymore.
Suggestion: Still getting used to two twins. The blankets don't drop into adjoining space between beds and tend to fall off the outside. Then I have no blankets at all.

Still wake up with stiff lower back when sleeping with my spouse. Seems fine when I sleep alone, which is what I was trying to prevent with a new mattress purchase.
