Our Verlo Mattress is in our guest room, so it is not directly effecting my sleep. Though our guests are sleeping like babies! The purchasing and delivery process was so easy!

Would likely shop more stores before buying again. We bought Verlo based upon old experience with your firm.
Suggestion: Edges too flexible. Would prefer a mattress that cab be flipped. Box spring is merely a board platform to hold up the mattress.

It's a great mattress! Thank you for telling us to get the lower box spring, because otherwise I never would have been able to get into bed!

The mattress is definitely more comfortable but it did not solve the shoulder pain issues we were having.
Suggestion: It is firmer than we thought it would be. Firmer than the one we tried in the store.

I had back pain when I woke up every morning before I purchased the new mattress, but there has been no change since the new mattress. Great customer service

Love the zero gravity. If you could figure out how to cool the surface like the seats in my car do - you would have every menopausal woman in town buying your mattress! I'm glad I invested in something where I spend one third of my life!
Suggestion: I would like to be able to control the temperature to be cool. Every 'how to sleep better' website talks about the need to be cool in order to sleep well.

Suggestion: I wish I would have known how it would be to sleep on the pillows. They're so pricy to be uncomfortable.

My favorite color is green and I like a nice summer day with a cool breeze.
Suggestion: Besides wishing that it could make me fly. I think that if I woke up everyday in a snazzy suit with my hair done and a clean shave that it would be the cat's pajamas. This you should be working on.

I sleep so much better and I feel like a new person! I will never get anything less than a Verlo here on out
