We love the mechanism that lifts your head and have less acid reflux as a result.

Mattress too soft Can I bring it in free of charge to have it re-vamped to make it firmer. Thought this was promised when purchased within 6 mo? Please advise.

Suggestion: Sheets fit better and stayed on.

It's been almost 3 months and the bed still feels hard - nothing at all like the floor model. I even had a comfort adjustment and paid for a latex layer to be added and it's still just too hard. It would be nice if someone would contact me regarding this problem.
Suggestion: It needs to be softer, like the floor model.

Suggestion: I think it should be a little firmer. I sleep on one side and there seems to be an indent already.

For the amount we paid you should send us a back up remote

Suggestion: It's heavier and thicker so it is harder to put on the fitted sheets.

The sales representative you helped us choose our mattress, was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with our questions....it made for a very pleasant and satisfying transaction...this is likely our last mattress purchase and so it was quite important. Thanks.
Suggestion: Not quite so high....as a short in stature senior, it can be a bit of a leap on and off !

Suggestion: When I went in for a comfort adjustment, we took out the cooling pad and added another regular one. I miss the cooling comfort pad.

You should provide a step-stool to get into the bed since they are so high now.

I feel much better sleeping-wise on this bed then my last bed

YES YES YES!!! the beds were for my teenagers....they are sleeping much better!!! and longer!!! I have a camp up north and i am thinking of making custom bunk beds.......do you make custom size mattresses?

I have arthritis , meaning achey all over esp lower back . Mattress is ok but since I picked up the gel foam things are better. I still like a mattress that can be turned over and used both sides

Perfect firmness. Not rolling into hubby (I mean, I love him, but...)! Great customer service!
Suggestion: Pretty heavy (kinda hard to put on the fitted sheet).

My back feels much more supported on the firmer mattres I'm happy with my purchase
