Just the previous point about the "dents". You asked about me recomending your product. Here is how the conversation would go. "We just bought a Verlo. It's comfortable but you can already tell where we sleep. It looks like we'very had it for years." And then we would move on to another topic.
Suggestion: We have had it for only a coupletter of months and there are already "dents" where we sleep. This is even after we have rotated the mattress more times than in the past five years. Very disappointed in that. It looks just like the ten year old mattress we just retired.
Before I got my new Verlo mattress I could not sleep on my back without any pain but now I wake feeling great It is a great mattress next step is adjustible bed frame
I am very concerned about the indentation in the center of the bed. I'm hoping it can be fixed

Sorry to say that I cannot give a better answer since effectively I have not slept in my own bed for six months prior to getting this mattress. I also bought my sheet and pillows from Verlo. It would have been nice if the pillowcases sold with the sheets would have been big enough for your pillows. This was a disappointment.
I am extremely happy with Verlos customer service. Im happy with the mattress I chose, but think maybe would be more comfortable if it was a little bit softer.
