This mattress was for our young son who wants us to stay in his room till he falls asleep and when I would fall asleep too prior to this mattress, I always woke up in a few hours with a backache. With this new mattress I sometimes don't wake up at all to go into my own verlo bed!
Suggestion: Handles on the side you could actually use when turning the mattress around, its quite heavy and we were told the handles aren't strong enough when moving it.
On our first night with the new mattress, both my husband and I slept great. We both woke up the next morning refreshed. When I went to purchase my mattress, I really had my heart set on the V7 King. It ended up being out of my price range and I had to get the V5 kind instead. I was upset, feeling like I had to "settle" for something with less quality. I could not have been more wrong. The V5 is comfortable and supportive while still feeling soft. We tell people that is the most comfortable soft and hard mattress. Keep up the good work Verlo!
Suggestion: Initially, I would have said to make it softer. But after a few months of sleeping on it, I really wouldn't change anything. It's soft in the right places but still supportive. We wake up refreshed, rested and don't have any body aches and pains as we had before. We are both so pleased with our purchase.

Overall it was a great experience and product. I'd definitely come back and purchase my next mattress from Verlo.
Suggestion: I didn't think the mattress cover was a good value for $99. I wish I would have looked at it more in person before buying it..it seems a little overpriced. Similar ones on Amazon run ~ $30.
It's amazing how much more time I have during the day since I no longer feel the need to nap each afternoon because I'm sleeping so much better at night!
Suggestion: Really, there's nothing. We are sleeping better than we have in years.

Suggestion: I'm not sure which mattress you're asking about here. I think the full which is perfect. We also bought the same in the King and it doesn't seem as firm. We may need to get the king adjusted to be more like the full.

I have body impression in the middle & they came out & took pictures. I'm 80 yes old, &was told I had to come to greenfield or wauwatosa store to try out. NO, I can't drive there & feel it's very inconvenient. I TRUST VERLO that it will be fixed & perfect sleeping. Just not sleeping, I've tried new pillows. The head board was not attached properly.
Suggestion: The pillow top is just a little soft for me.
The mattress and box spring are great! No more rolling into the middle of the mattress - and it is firm enough to support yet make you feel like you are floating. Also, it is easier for each person to get out of bed without disturbing the other person. Thank you for a wonderful sales experience.
Just keep up the good work and just the cloth on the bottom of the box spring needs to get put on better!
Suggestion: on how they stapled the cloth at the bottom of the box spring!
