I'm so offended by the junk they sent me vs the great photo of linen patchwork pants that they market. 100% polyester scam site. And now they won't send me return/ refund instructions. Instead they say I have to call them in 5 days after they've reviewed my "return application". Pretty obvious why I'm insisting a refund. Call them? Via WhatsApp? Highly offended. Criminals
Avoid this company at all costs. I thought I was purchasing a heavy woollen Celtic coat as per the photo below: what I received was a flimsy nylon poorly printed item that looked nothing like the photo on the website. I messaged the Company and am still waiting for a decision. They tried to offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase but as I will never purchase anything from this company again that was pointless! AVOID!
Ordered a thick blue cardigan for the winter as advertised by viking looking models instead got a polyester hoodie from china with a print on it found similar on temu for 7 pound paid nearly 50 pound for terrible quality item and I won't rest till I've had satisfaction by outing this scam company
I bought 2 dresses from them. They were terrible quality and the sizing didn't match the charts. I've tried for almost 3 months to get my money back. They offered me a discount against a future purchase. I would NEVER buy anything from them again. Despite the claim on their website that they have "easy returns", I've gotten nothing but the runaround. I don't think I'll ever see my money. Stay as far away from VChics as you can.
I thought I was receiving cotton clothing with embroidery on it. The pictures are very deceiving and look like that. When I received the clothing they are printed design on cheap polyester fabric. They are terrible looking and cheap! Don't buy from them!
VCHICS advertises the most amazing sweaters, sweater dresses, and dresses. The models are 100% AI which should've tipped me off, but the prices per item are not SHEIN prices, so I believed the clothes were as advertised. I ordered three articles, two sweater dresses and a sweater with (what appeared to be) embroidered Japanese cherry blossoms. Fun fact: After placing my order, I received no order number or tracking information, so I emailed their customer service department. When I went to the website of the courier they provided and put in the tracking number, I got malware installed on my pc. Let's get to the good part! These items arrived and WOW! They are ridiculous. Instead of being quality sweaters made from yarn, they are simply cheap sweatshirts made of mystery fabric (cotton? Polyester? A blend?). On the VCHICS website, the first sweater dress looked like it had a strip of fur lining the bottom, but it's actually printed on. The second sweater dress looked like it had gemstones, but instead it's just a picture. IT'S SO WEIRD. On the "sweater," the cherry blossoms aren't embroidered either, and the sleeves are far too short. There are no tags telling me how to care for these garments, what they're made of, or who made them. I contacted VCHICS for a refund, and they asked me for pictures showing me what is wrong with the clothes. I sent pictures. They asked if I would consider a 10% off coupon instead. No. 15% off? No. 20% off? NOOOO. They insist that the international shipping would simply cost too much, but these items came from Chino, California. As of right now, I am still in contact with them and demanding (politely) my money back. Will they offer 25% off? I don't want their cheap slop! Please do not fall for VCHICS and their AI pictures. Learn from my mistake.

Purchased a few items on VCHIC and I paid good money for these items. Missing parts of the clothing and not what the picture looked like. Tried to return and its been 5 weeks and they make up excuses there returns are on hold because money is freeze up. This company does not uphold on there refund policies. I have email about 15 times and different excuse. So if you buy from them don't expect any return refunds. Also the quality of the material is so cheap like the kids Halloween costumes material. Buyers Beware! Lesson learn to check reviews on companies before purchasing on websites.

Ordered a sweater, didn't need to deal with customer service since everything went smoothly. Nice sweater (although it was one size only, which is a little unusual - they have a few of those), good quality and fast shipping, packed nicely.

Ordered sandles 2 months before my holiday, took my money, no show of shoes.

I ordered a long sweater coat for a lower price than I saw on another website. Based on the pictures of the item both sweater coats were identical. The only exception being the price. In fact it was the exact same model and pose. The issue arrive after I received my paid item. The garment was as different as a day filled with torrential rain storms and a clear sunny day with no chance of rain. In addition to the fact that the size was the size for a much smaller and shorter person. Wrong color style and design. Horrible just Horrible!
The quality of the two hoodies I ordered were excellent, one, a little heavier than the other but, they will last me for a long timne. As for the price... ITS GOOD.

I was on the fence about size to I contacted to get some kind of recommendation. I cannot remember the name of person I spoke with but she was so very helpful. We talked about the kind of fabric and style of the dress and how that would affect sizing. She made a suggestion based on measurements. Dress arrived in seven days and fit perfect.
This company is a COMPLETE joke….I have written several reviews regarding my interaction with this company. They respond every time "send us your invoice # and we will respond " Well I have sent them my invoice # 6 times and they are not responding to my request for my $ back.

Different. I was not only put off but excuses made and was only offered discounts for future purchases until I said I would write negative online reviews. Then I was told they needed to reach out to their financial manager multiple times and then was told they are not providing refunds at this time because they had refunded to many orders for other people already. I wish there was a way to put a zero star or better yet negative star review as this company is a scam. I have been trying to return this product since 4/15/2023 and it is now 6/21/2023 still getting the run around. Buyer be strongly aware of this company.

I congratulate those who had positive experiences with VCHICS. Mine have been totally negative! First, the shipping is waaaaay too long! The clothes are nothing like they appear in the pictures... They are ill-sewn and made of garbage fabrics. Right now they owe me over $170 for items that are out of stock (after I ordered and paid for them). Instead of giving me my $170 cash refund they are now saying their accounts have been frozen! They're a rip-off! A company that I have dealt with to purchase clothes is called TEMU. A totally opposite experience...
