I'm so offended by the junk they sent me vs the great photo of linen patchwork pants that they market. 100% polyester scam site. And now they won't send me return/ refund instructions. Instead they say I have to call them in 5 days after they've reviewed my "return application". Pretty obvious why I'm insisting a refund. Call them? Via WhatsApp? Highly offended. Criminals

I thought I was purchasing a heavy woollen Celtic coat as per the photo below: what I received was a flimsy nylon poorly printed item that looked nothing like the photo on the website. Ordered a thick blue cardigan for the winter as advertised by viking looking models instead got a polyester hoodie from china with a print on it found similar on temu for 7 pound paid nearly 50 pound for terrible quality item and I won't rest till I've had satisfaction by outing this scam company
I bought 2 dresses from them. They were terrible quality and the sizing didn't match the charts. I've tried for almost 3 months to get my money back. They offered me a discount against a future purchase. I would NEVER buy anything from them again. Despite the claim on their website that they have "easy returns", I've gotten nothing but the runaround. I don't think I'll ever see my money. Stay as far away from VChics as you can.

Fun fact: After placing my order, I received no order number or tracking information, so I emailed their customer service department. On the VCHICS website, the first sweater dress looked like it had a strip of fur lining the bottom, but it's actually printed on. The second sweater dress looked like it had gemstones, but instead it's just a picture. IT'S SO WEIRD. On the "sweater," the cherry blossoms aren't embroidered either, and the sleeves are far too short. There are no tags telling me how to care for these garments, what they're made of, or who made them. I contacted VCHICS for a refund, and they asked me for pictures showing me what is wrong with the clothes. I sent pictures. They asked if I would consider a 10% off coupon instead. No. 15% off? No. 20% off? NOOOO. They insist that the international shipping would simply cost too much, but these items came from Chino, California. As of right now, I am still in contact with them and demanding (politely) my money back. Will they offer 25% off? I don't want their cheap slop! Please do not fall for VCHICS and their AI pictures. Learn from my mistake.

I ordered 2 dresses and when they came, the quality was terrible, the sizing didn't match the size chart and when trying to return them, I've gotten nothing but a run around. It's been 1 1/2 months since I've tried to return them and they won't give me the address for mailing them back and won't return my money. This place is a total rip-off

I ordered what was supposed to be a denim jacket with leather patches on it. What I received was not denim and had no leather. It is more of a shirt than a jacket for $69. It is not even good looking. I have had terrible customer service trying to return it. After they finally emailed me back they stated it is a long timely process for returns. I doubt if they will ever resolve this.
Ordered 3 items, definitely not cotton, as advertised. Plus, all 3 items look terrible. Stretched out prints on a dress and shirt, and another dress looks a little better, but not cotton. After emailing them several times, they keep offering me 10-30% coupon. They don't understand, no one will order with them again. I have been disputing with company since Oct 17 2024. I have asked for a return address to return 7 hoodies I purchased that was not as described and the threads in the seams all showing. I was offered 10% coupon for their website then 20% and still received an address. $160 wasted on poor quality products and now no response. I just want to return on my fine and a complete refund as their website states. This place should be shut down! Buyer beware. Still today October 6 no reply.
I would give zero stars! Bait and switch company. They show these wonderful sweaters and what you receive is total crap. They will not give refunds and return authorizations they only continue to offer you future discounts. Awful awful company. Not to mention I have only received 3 out the 4 items.

What they advertise and what they send are two completely different items, see photos, I ordered a sweater and got a cheap plastic like sweatshirt. BIG difference. They wouldn't refund unless I paid the shipping for their fake merchandise. Luckily, my cc refused the charge since what they shipped wasn't what was shown on their website. BUYER BEWARE!

I have 20+ emails back and forth trying to get a refund for a poor quality dress I ordered. I asked for a refund and they kept offering percentages off another order. I would never order from them again. It is mid July and I've been trying to get a refund since April 30th. They said that their accounts are frozen and they can't give me a refund. I sent 2 more emails and the latest is that they did everything they could to help me which was absolutely nothing. I rated them poorly on a other website and they said they would reach out to get it resolved. That was a lie too. Don't buy anything from this website. It is a scam.
