I'm so offended by the junk they sent me vs the great photo of linen patchwork pants that they market. 100% polyester scam site. And now they won't send me return/ refund instructions. Instead they say I have to call them in 5 days after they've reviewed my "return application". Pretty obvious why I'm insisting a refund. Call them? Via WhatsApp? Highly offended. Criminals
Avoid this company at all costs. I thought I was purchasing a heavy woollen Celtic coat as per the photo below: what I received was a flimsy nylon poorly printed item that looked nothing like the photo on the website. I messaged the Company and am still waiting for a decision. They tried to offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase but as I will never purchase anything from this company again that was pointless! AVOID!
Ordered a thick blue cardigan for the winter as advertised by viking looking models instead got a polyester hoodie from china with a print on it found similar on temu for 7 pound paid nearly 50 pound for terrible quality item and I won't rest till I've had satisfaction by outing this scam company
I bought 2 dresses from them. They were terrible quality and the sizing didn't match the charts. I've tried for almost 3 months to get my money back. They offered me a discount against a future purchase. I would NEVER buy anything from them again. Despite the claim on their website that they have "easy returns", I've gotten nothing but the runaround. I don't think I'll ever see my money. Stay as far away from VChics as you can.
I thought I was receiving cotton clothing with embroidery on it. The pictures are very deceiving and look like that. When I received the clothing they are printed design on cheap polyester fabric. They are terrible looking and cheap! Don't buy from them!
VCHICS advertises the most amazing sweaters, sweater dresses, and dresses. The models are 100% AI which should've tipped me off, but the prices per item are not SHEIN prices, so I believed the clothes were as advertised. I ordered three articles, two sweater dresses and a sweater with (what appeared to be) embroidered Japanese cherry blossoms. Fun fact: After placing my order, I received no order number or tracking information, so I emailed their customer service department. When I went to the website of the courier they provided and put in the tracking number, I got malware installed on my pc. Let's get to the good part! These items arrived and WOW! They are ridiculous. Instead of being quality sweaters made from yarn, they are simply cheap sweatshirts made of mystery fabric (cotton? Polyester? A blend?). On the VCHICS website, the first sweater dress looked like it had a strip of fur lining the bottom, but it's actually printed on. The second sweater dress looked like it had gemstones, but instead it's just a picture. IT'S SO WEIRD. On the "sweater," the cherry blossoms aren't embroidered either, and the sleeves are far too short. There are no tags telling me how to care for these garments, what they're made of, or who made them. I contacted VCHICS for a refund, and they asked me for pictures showing me what is wrong with the clothes. I sent pictures. They asked if I would consider a 10% off coupon instead. No. 15% off? No. 20% off? NOOOO. They insist that the international shipping would simply cost too much, but these items came from Chino, California. As of right now, I am still in contact with them and demanding (politely) my money back. Will they offer 25% off? I don't want their cheap slop! Please do not fall for VCHICS and their AI pictures. Learn from my mistake.

THOSE PICTURES THEY SHOW YOU ARE FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE AND ARE NOT WHAT THEY ARE SELLING! 1ST PICTURE IS WHAT WAS ORDERED. 2ND PIC IS THE GARBAGE THEY SENT. THIS IS ONE OUT OF MANY PIECES THAT WERE ORDERED! THE PIECE HAS NO RAISED AREAS IT IS FLAT AND PRINTED!
Ordered a green knitted sweater, received a nasty polyester 'sweatshirt' which is an entirely different colour, certainly an entirely different quality. Certainly not what I ordered. Despite several emails, the company will not accept their error. Avoid at all costs.
The clothing was not the correct size. Contacted for a refund authorization and never got a reply after many attempts. Also called a phone number listed and it is not a working number. It took weeks to arrive and it finally arrived the day after the event that I purchased it for. Do NOT purchase from them.

But their return department is supposedly located in China somewhere - you have to pay return shipping if they were to issue you a return which they are not. The simple truth is they will never agree to a return nor pay you back.
The fraud is just as per the other reviews given here.
The pictures of their web page are picturing knitted and/or embroidered sweaters but they send you a nylon sweater with PRINTED knits or PRINTED embroidery, not at all as described on their web page pages and refuse you to return any merchandise for whatever reason: SCAM using DECEPTIVE business tactics, UNETHICAL behaviors.

I purchased a top in early February and kept asking where is my item…IT TOOK FOREVER to get it – 2 months – this company is in China. Had I known, I would have NEVER purchased from them! When I finally received the top, it was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! The top was NOTHING AT ALL AS DESCRIBED. The fabric was not flowy and did not have velvet burn out flowers but rather dull, cheap out of focus textile design that feels like a cheap bathing suit! I tried to email them with the demand for a refund… they wanted photos, and I sent them. And now my email was rejected. THE WORST EXPERIENCE – I STILL DEMAND A REFUND! VERY UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY! I will go to every online social media platform I can find to report this miserable company!
They said they would refund me and NEVER DID. Do not waste your money or time with this company.

I placed two orders with Vchics at Christmas and both orders were not delivered. They were returned to sender by the post office so Vchics received the merchandise back. They refused to refund me or resend the orders. I contacted them several time and ultimately had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company.
I ordered the wrong items and immediately requested the order canceled and day's later my emails have been ignored my requests to cancel are ignored or no response. Awful.

Tried to order for Christmas. Don't trust this company. 2 fraud charges w buffering errors on their site, 1 real order placed that finally went thru. Was charged 3x. Emailed them, advised to cancel my real order and about their fraudulent charges. They completely ignored me and mailed it a month later. Return label was for California. Tried to send back, it was a false address. They shipped the fraudulent orders along w.the order I cancelled. They had plenty of notices, at least 5. Dont trust them or waste your money. Clothes nothing like in pics w strings everywhere and they don't have a real customer service department, ignoring some communication while replying to others stating they would cancel and pull order out of shipping. Their return form also has a California address, which is bogus. Still fighting for refund. They expect me to return to an overseas address, not California or Wisconsin. Would cost more to send back than 1 cancelled order cost. AGAIN, THEIR POLICY STATES TO EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CANCEL, DID, THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DIDN'T. 2 OTHER ORDERS FRAUD W BUFFER ERRORS ON THEIR PART, LEAVING ITEMS IN CART WHILE CHARGING YOU BEHIND THE SCENES. This is a company in CHINA who are selling poor quality DUPS. AVOID. Its a scam. The pictures on their website are inaccurate. Don't fall for it
I ordered a "fun" football "sweatshirt"... it was not a sweatshirt at all, but a slick poorly made shirt that had no shape and no lining inside. I would be like wearing a thick plastic bag. Being unhappy with my purchase, I tried to initiate a return and reimbursement of the cost. Since then, I am continually being asked to first supply pictures of the product, then I am being constantly asked to accept a 10% then when refused a 15% discount on another product and just keep the shirt... with NO refund. This company, although has communicated with me, want to make me, the customer responsible for the problem of the high cost of freight mail for a return. I just want my money back, and I'm happy to return the item at no cost to me. Beware,...you prob aren't going to get what the picture looks like, and if you don't like it, too bad...they are keeping your money anyway.
Items ordered not a good fit. Return items at my expense in June, to address on package. As of Nov. 10,2023 no refund. They have had my $90.00 since March! Numerous emails sent have been answered with excuses. Vchic's has robbed me of my money!
Don't waste your money. These clothes are made out of the cheapest polyester available. They do not look at all as they appear in the catalogue and on the website. You can try to get a refund but you will have to pay shipping to China which will put you in the negative.
