I ordered two products that came in excellent condition. My only complaint was the very askew expected shipping times. It definitely did not arrive in a timely manner but the product was so niche I almost didn't care.

I love this coat. However. It fits juuuuussst right. It would be great if your website puts the correct US sizing. Luckily I have a goth niece who loved the jacket so I was able to give her the first one that didn't fit me.
