Very courteous and kept me updated on my shipment, it was pretty slow but that has more to do with the holiday season than the store, good quality products all around.

Though I was initially sent the wrong item, an email was ready and waiting for me the next morning during their business hours. As soon as the situation was explained a shipping label was emailed to me & the correct item was sent out I believe by end of that same day. End result was exactly the item I wanted, and a great experience with VF customer support.

Easy and fast purchase. Item was shipped out very quickly and received in just. A few days. My son was very happy with the pants and loved them. He liked them the best out of other purchases from this store.

Quick and easy to check out. Delivery didnt take to long but didnt take the 2 day shipping i paid for. The product picture had a small logo on the front of the jacket but the product did not. So pictures were not right. But overall I do like the jacket and the price for it.

Loved the logo and packaging with their own little tape. As well as loved tht It came with a small gift of stickers. Always kept me updated on where the package was and if I had any concerns or questions about it all, that I could always contact them, during the shipping process. Which had put me at ease. Very much enjoyed the aesthetics!
