I got a half size up and they were really big on me. I suppose that's my fault for sizing up, but I heard it was better to size up

I love the shelf, it's in my room now displaying some of my favorite knickknacks! The pants were too big though, I wish the size chart were more extensive because I didn't know what size to order. Your return process seems pretty easy though so I should be fine!

Returns and exchanges are difficult. No confirmation or response to my email regarding.
The items are beautiful, the site is clear and well thought out. The freebies are really exciting and fun. However, I need to exchange a pair of boots for some of a different style. Not sure how that works. Please advise.
