Worst experience ever by far! BEWARE! I ordered some items for my son for Christmas. One of the shirts has a HUGE hole in the side of it. It has not been worn. I contacted Vampire Freaks on January 2 after the holiday when he first tried on the shirt and found the hole. II was told I had only 5 days to report an issue even during the holiday season! Keep in mind, they were closed during part of these 5 days. I sent pictures and exactly explained what had happened and only requested the same shirt to be replaced. I received another response which stated, Sorry, despite it was during the holidays and we sent you a defective item, we are not going to do anything to rectify the situation. I also ask for a manager to call 3x and did not receive a call back. Their items are not cheap in price so I would think they would want return customers but they did not seem to care about the
