The product and items I ordered are are amazing. Just the shipping and trading took more than 6 days to be prepared and shipped. The shipping time is taking longer than used to be. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years or more. At one point it was sent out within 48 hours... now I had to submit email to see if it had been sent... and as soon I sent that email, it gets shipped. I hope it can be fixed to the way it user to be. ~ forever still a loyal customer, just disappointed with the shipping and tracking~
