I've been shopping with VampireFreaks for over a decade. I love their brand and their products. I recently bought these black and red clothing items that match, a hoodie and some sweatpants/joggers. I received these items within a reasonable timeframe. I also received some extra treats for shopping with them, I think they do this as a thank you sometimes. It wasn't the first time they threw in a free wristband and/or a cool looking pen or something. All the items were in perfect shape, not damaged at all. Overall it was a really great experience as usual.

The shirt was laughably short. The size chart for shirts is missing key information such as length.

Shipping process nightmare. Was said was to be sent international in 4 days, never happened, charged over $60 duty in Canada. (this is not common and goods not worth that).
Was given 2 separate tracking numbers.

VampireFreaks kept me up to date with my order every step of the way. Shipping time does vary because they are a small growing business and they need the time to make sure that your order is done right. They even include cute little gifts with your purchase and that was very appreciated. I love the selection of clothing they had and I could look up everything in an orderly fashion.
