This store is incredible. So many amazing products but above all, the people running this business are even more awesome. We ordered the hot pink and black pagoda umbrella as a Christmas present. It came about a week before Christmas and we were excited to open it so we could check it out and admire it before we wrapped it. Unfortunately, the umbrella was snapped from the handle. I panicked and immediately sent them an email. Without hesitation, they sent me a new umbrella free of charge to replace the broken umbrella. I couldn't believe it. I didn't expect such top notch customer service especially being a first time customer. The replacement umbrella arrived in perfect condition and our kiddo absolutely loved it.
