The customer service at Vampire Freaks is excellent. I received all the support I needed. Unfortunately, for someone who lives in Brazil like me, it is not viable to make purchases from the US. The customs policy here is too demanding and, besides taking more than half a year to have my package finally delivered, I ended up paying more than double the purchase price in taxes.

I absolutely love the website and service. Sadly, there is inconsistencies with the sizing. I've had to send back so many clothes. The one I ordered last barely fits.
