I love shopping and supporting VampireFreaks. They're like a one stop shop that has all the brands that I enjoy. But better than buying them from other sites, at VampireFreaks, you can actually talk to a real person! They have gone above and beyond and out of their way in the past, to help me with orders, and even did a special Order for me once from a discontinued item that I wanted. There's a live person that always answers the phone during their business hours and knowing that they are a local company makes me feel good about my purchase. They also have a pretty decent reward program. Also, they put together a goth music convention every year, which makes them super awesome! I'm a loyal customer for life.
I love love love this site! They have so many of my favorite brands all in one spot. They always ship their items in a timely manner and always do fantastic follow up customer service to make sure that I'm happy. And sometimes they even send personalized emails thanking you for shopping with them. I've actually had to call them and use their phone customer support which was equally as pleasant.
