The quality of the clothing is incredible! But I paid $40 for express shipping and they didn't send it express. I emailed 3 times and got a generic email back of how shipping times work. I had to call them to get help. Once I spoke to someone she was wonderful and got it taken care of. But they had to re-do the order so it took another week. I wish they would have refunded even half the shipping cost.
Everything was great my order came when it should have I had an overall great experience with this company and I would gladly shop with them again

Experienced trouble processing payment and was forced to use paypal. On my first attempt to pay for the order my account was charged the balance, which was promptly reissued, but the order never processed until I tried PayPal.
