It was a little difficult to find what I was looking for. I didn't know the exact name of the item and even putting in something to narrow it down didn't help. But the customer service was BEYOND top notch. It was SUPER easy to be notified when the culticorn was back in stock and order, I was thrilled to be able to track it. Everything was fantastic.
I couldn't pay for my order without express international shipping. My order was meant to come within 5 business days but it was nearly a month later and it hadn't arrived. I emailed VF and asked, they refunded my postage and handling then my order showed up. LOL VF have a good range and the staff are really good, I guess it was just bad luck this time. Won't stop me from ordering again.
