I ordered something, got quick delivery, it was too big, the return process was quick and easy and got my replacement order back and all is well

My partner bought me a mousepad for Christmas and I loved it and the stickers and pin that came with it! Obviously I needed to check out what else was available, and I was overjoyed when I saw the value of the mystery hoodie bag, so of course I ordered one! Since I felt I was saving so much, I grabbed a few other goodies as well, and I am so in love with all of them! The quality is amazing, the shopping experience was easy and user friendly, and the shipping was surprisingly fast for how far it had to go to get here! I can't say enough good things about VampireFreaks and I can't wait to order again!

It was a pretty good experience. The original item i wanted wasnt available in my size but the item I got instead was sort of close enough.
It took a while for my item to ship but I got a nice apology email for the delay. Once it did ship, it arrived quickly and was exactly what I expected

The clothes are beautiful, however the plus size sizing needs improvement, as those items I recently ordered were much smaller then expected. Rather than return them, I have decided to have them altered to fit better.

Everything i have purchased from VF is gorgeous. The pieces are well made, and always gorgeous. Classy, and meant to be cherished for years, trends be damned. They always tuck a little freebie into my order, like stickers, rubber bracelets, or syringe shaped ink pens. I love this brand, and I'll definitely be saving up for another outfit this spring!

I had returned a package it was great quality but I couldn't keep it. I exchanged it for some items that I really liked and the order came quickly. The arm warmers are really soft.

I was so pleased to hear from you about the delivery issue on the 1st attempt. It was being delivered to my niece, and because you notified me, I was able to ask her to go pick it up at the Post Office.

The delivery and communication was fantastic. My only complaint is pricing. I understand it's a small business, but for over 100 dollars I was expecting my hoodie and sweatpants to be a little more heavy duty in material and for the artwork to be either stitched our dyed into the fabric. Iron on comes off super easily after frequent use and I don't feel it was worth the price for the quality received. Don't take it as an insult. Just some constructive criticism on price to expectation.

Paid extra to rush the dress to ensure it arrived in time for my father's funeral. Y'all did not disappoint me! Took a while to get here. Jeans were great, true to size. Good quality. Updates were a little hit and miss but once they got in the country it was quick and kept informed

My daughter wanted Demonia boots for Christmas and VampireFreaks was one of the only websites I could get them in time and had a better price than others. Everything went well, we ended up needing a different size and it was no problem to return them and get them replaced! No charge!
