As a Halloween & spooky things lover I really love this store. The staff is very friendly, helpful, & accommodating. I have bought quite a few clothes items, I love the prints. So far they seem to run true to size. I have gotten a sweatshirt, a long sleeved shirt, 3 womans racer back tanks, a long sleeved for my friend's birthday, and I have 2 jogger pants on the way. All my stuff is new, or barely worn so I haven't washed anything yet. I'm going to ask them if there is a certain way to wash to keep the prints from fading off. Maybe these kind prints won't fade off, I hope not because that happened with a shirt I got off amazon. The material is decent. My racerback tanks ran a little snug in the waist line, but it was ok because I was able to stretch them out over my knees. I had to make one exchange because I originally wanted the spooky season tank men's style. It came and the armpits were very low, most men's tanks are to low for women who want that area covered up. The exchange process was very easy, and they sent me one in the womans racer back. They respond quickly to emails. It would be great if they made the option of a women's tank that looks like the men's. But has regular pits, but covers the back more.

The pants are pretty cool. I have a few fits that are complimented by the pant design. I didn't have any delivery issues so I never contacted customer support.

Two pairs of pants were much larger than advertised, so I had to return them. I haven't received confirmation that they got my order back, and the return was about $110.
