I have made multiple purchases from VF. I live across the country from them, so there have been some delays with deliveries. That has not been a problem. VF has packed items carefully and so far everything has been in good shape. I like their clothes, housewares, and other items that I received to date. They do have things I don't find in other places. I am small in stature and size, I can't always tell how some clothes will fit, I really could use height and size of models to venture a guess, that info isn't listed much, I am lucky I guess I do like oversized things. I have already made another purchase from them, and I look forward to delivery.
