The first time I ordered I got the wrong book it had a different cover but the same information inside it was not the cover I was shown before purchasing it
Found what I was looking for at a great price. Got expedited shipping, as semester has started, but still a good deal. I wish multiple books that were shipped together would get a discount, but still a good deal
I am torn in the middle because with my first order I got an email hours later saying it has been canceled. I just now placed another order with a different price, only because with other websites it would have cost me double. I need my book for Jan. 17 so if this order gets canceled again I will be greatly dissapointed.
Every Rental i have made which is 4 total have all been in good condition, have arrived fast, and have had not return issues. Return labels are very easy to access, you only need a printer and a bubble wrap bag. Keep up keeping my books at least 90% to 30% cheaper than the cheapest option in my book store.
I am really happy with this but I wish the options for the prices of some of the more expensive books could be more manageable. Also you can't always find the book you want unless you have the ISBN. But otherwise it saved me quite a bit compared to looking in the school's bookstore.
They had the book I need but check out was a hassle. I had to enter my information more than four times to complete my order. Check out needs to improve.
Very easy. I've purchased and rented both. No problem as of yet! I hate it when I have to have at least 100 letters--I was done after the first three sentences. First time in my life I have been told to keep talking!
My first go round, I ordered the wrong book but it was totally on my end and the book was only $8! I can still use it too, so it isn't even all that bad.
I was going to have to spend over $200 on books for college and ended up spending $87. That's a real good deal in my book lol (pardon the pun).

Multiple complaints online of difficulty using website to place order with no resolution. Unable to fill in state, city and zipcode on several computers. Finally found computer able to place order.
