I was trying to rent books for a semester but wanted to know if i could extend the rental. Betty directed me to a link hat shows me how to extend my rental. I asked her how much and she kept telling me to go to link. She did not answer all my questions. I wanted to ask her again but the chat was blocked/closed.

The search engine was user friendly. I was able to locate the book quickly with no errors. The drop box selection made that process easy by allowing me to see multiple books similar to the one I was looking for.

My experience was quick, easy, and they offered the most competitive price! I would definitely use this site again for future needs.

The website & availability of books was great. However, when I went to check out, it could not find my billing address & would not allow me to check out, so I had to use the shipping address. Need to fix this!

Thank you for the good price for my textbooks. I was really happy with the cheaper prices because I'm student still and can not afford these books at higher prices. $14.87 for one and $23 for this one plus all the tax and shipping. Happy student!

Ordering the books was simple and easy, and it cost less than Amazon. I am looking forward to the quality of the product when I receive it.

I hope I can give zero star. I rent a book and paid extra shipping but I didn't get the book over one week. The company said that's normal. I guess that's normal for this company.

They had all of the books that I needed, but the shipping was expensive. One of my books only cost 50 cents and the shipping was $3.00+. When school is starting up it would be better if they offered free shipping. I found a few of my other books on Amazon because they were cheaper with the free shipping they offered.

Process was simple even for those that have no clue. Valorebooks was recommended by several friends that used this site. I think that the shipping could be a little less especially on books that cost under a dollar.

I got my book in no time! It was an easy checkout and it was super fast. It takes no longer than 5 mins

I really enjoy the lower prices compared to what my bookstore at college has to offer! I saved hundreds of dollars, and I can use that money to go towards other funds. I was a little disappointed in the hassle it took for the shipping. I wasn't able to put in my address at school because Google didn't recognize it, so I had the books shipped home. Other than that, I enjoy using the website.

Would definitely recommend this website. I looked through 4 different other sites and nothing beat ValoreBook's prices. From searching the type of book to checking out, i had 0 problems and everything was super easy.

I always use Valore when I need to rent a textbook. The shipping is always decently priced, and today Valore had the lowest price for the textbook I needed!

The order form would not let me fill in the city, state and zip code of my billing address so the system would not complete my order. I searched for contact information for the company to help resolve the problem, and the description on the page said that chat was available 9am-5pm EST. I was trying to contact them during those hours, but there was no chat window. And no phone number to contact anyone.

A textbook for a penny!?! Its ludicrous, and unheard of and I LOVE IT! The total of my books in the store at school was over $400. I got them here for a fraction of a fraction of the price! Highly recommend!
