I didn't know about this site until just last year but since I found it on Slugbooks, it's consistently given me the lowest prices for at least one of my books every year. I had to follow up on my order once when I didn't get a shipping confirmation inside of a week, but the representative was friendly and straightforward and I got the confirmation and my book the very next week. I only had to email once and the book was really easy to return at the end of the semester. They even had a forgiveness period for late rentals. Although they send out the notice in the middle of the night and give you 24 hours from then so you basically only get a one day grace period. Still though I've only had one small problem in the past and that was only briefly. It's all about the savings and I've always found savings here so I'd recommend it.
When it come to the address, just make sure you hit the address with your city and state (If you have auto fill that is) if not it will not let you enter your address completely. Hope that helps!

I've never had any problems with Valore Books. I always get my books on time and it's super cheap! I always recommend it to all my friends. And if the books don't come in time, I usually just borrow the book from my University's library and scan the first few chapters. It's really not a big deal. Idk why everyone seems to be complaining.
