Found what I wanted fast, reserved, paid money and then got nothing although I contacted them at least 4 times. Was told to wrong place to pick up tickets, went there and it was a Time share selling point. They tried to print off tickets and go blanks. At least these people were compassionate and took their time to try and figure out the problem. Finally, someone got an Ashley from vacations made easy on phone and she was able to tell me that this excursion had been canceled and they were not notified. She was able to reimburse my payment thru PayPal which is how I paid for it. From now on I will stick to Viator, who I've been working with 18 yrs. Apparently they knew a week ago that the food tour was canceled. So now we are on vacation, and have 2 free days to sit until our next Viator excursion is scheduled. I am never a negative person, but this company gave so much misinformation, including yesterday when I was picking up the tickets, I have to warn people. The people at the Time Share place were friendly and helpful but of course, they did try and get us to listen to the talk and sell us a product we bo longer need.
So far so good. My one real question,
Why can't my tickets to attractions just be sent to me digitally? Why do I need to show up to some random location to pickup tickets? Clearly your company has no problem with emails. Just seems like a waste of time for people visiting your lovely city

We used Vacations Made Easy to book a dolphin tour at Myrtle Beach in April. It was phenomenal - great friendly and knowledgeable staff that walked around answering all our questions. No loud noisy captain, talking through the loud speakers all the time begging for money. The crew went out of their way to locate dolphins and direct us to the perfect spots- usually near shrimp boats. Everyone had a positive and great experience - lots of pictures for memories. A very reasonable price for the a 2 hour tour. No sea-sickness even though we went out in the open waters of the ocean. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we had to go to Broadway at the Beach to get our tickets and get roped into trips we didn't like. They should have emailed our tickets.
