Ordered an outfit for my daughter end of September and now we are in the end of October but haven't even received an order status or tracking number of the shipment. Went on the website and tried to contact customer service twice. I have received two automatic responses so far and no one has really contacted me about the problem. There is no way I can get a refund either? This is fraudulent.

I ordered couple items from their website and was supposed to be delivered together, however it was shipped at 2 different days and i had to pay fee for each item over $30. Cdn when the items were only $23.00 each. At the end day the shipment itself cost me $60.00 and items were only 23.00 each. Not happy with them.,,, gives false information.
We placed an order with Utsav fashion a month before Diwali. Today is October 30th still no shipment. Contacted Utsav and they said that it will be further delayed by a month. They offered no resolution in fact the person I was chatting with since there is no phone number to contact them ended the chat.
I always ordered on utsav but now they dont keep their promise. I ordered few stuff from utsav fashions which our delayed and when i chatted with a customr representative his name is derrick anthony abt the delay and asked him to give me a discount he said its not delayed and you calculate using ur calender and he said what shows on the site i mean expected shipping date provided on the site is wrong and we r not delaying the product and it will be shipped as he calculated his own shipping date. It happened 4times for me the first time it was shipped after 1month and they gave me 10% discount and when i received it its was very cheap and the stitching is not good. I just thought may be its one time and they our repeating it again and again and when asked abt discount cause i ordered it for diwali my diwali is done. I had to buy another one which is waste of my money. Some of the customer care ppl our real rude they behave as if they our giving away stuff for free we buyed it and when delayed we have a right to question them 10%discount seems like lot for them and that 10% discount we r forced to buy from them still they behave like gods doing us favour. I'm done buying from you cheaters stop cheating ppl with your lies

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Yes, there has been a delay in shipping your order. Trust us, neither the same has been intentional nor we believe in such kind of service levels. We too are disappointed and have taken necessary corrective actions to avoid such scenarios in future.
We are not cheaters. We are into this business for over 15 years now. Though our intent is always to be at our best, but yes because of some unforeseen scenarios, 2 to 3% of our orders get impacted. We will continuously strive to better our services to avoid such disappointments.
We would also like to mention that at any point in time, in case, any of our customers have reservations, we do have a friendly cancellation and refund policy in place.

Sleeves were not tight rest all good I never thought it would be so densely embroidered and was anxious whether it turned out a fail for me but you guys exceeded my expectations
The items I ordered matched the fabric and design advertised on the website. I loved the what was delivered to me..
The support team at Utsav is v prompt via chat or email. Contacting them is quite easy. Sometimes it does take them 12-24 hours to respond but they always do get back.
Ordered a cotton salwar set (advertised as to be shipped in 5 working days) was not shipped even after 9 days. Had to chase with customer service and was informed that there was problem procuring raw material and was finally shipped next day. Then the nightmare started with the couriers holding the product and asking me to pay import charges which was neither mentioned or discussed during payment. To get hold of my goods I paid the import duty and waited for an update which never came the number quoted on my invoice were both false and got a third number from the Internet to chase. I was then unceremoniously told that I need to provide a screen shot of the bank transfer for them to provide a status update and in my desperation I have done that too and still awaiting delivery. I dread to think what the shipment holds for me now. Please never ever purchase them from uk

We have gone through the case and yes there was a delay of about 5 days in shipping the order. 95%+ orders we ensure to ship on time but yes at times because of some unforeseen scenario the processing gets delayed. However, this cannot be an excuse and we sincerely apologize for the miss from our end. We assure you that we continuously strive to better our services and do hope not to disappoint you again in case we get another opportunity.
As regards custom duty, unfortunately, the same is beyond our control and totally depends on the rules of the destination country. However, we have mentioned the same on the right side of the product information page, in our shipping policy and the order confirmation emailer. We do understand that the same might have missed your attention. We shall try to make it more explicit for our customers to avoid last minute disappointment.
On delivery also trust rarely parcel gets delayed at customs. We are rigorously following up with our courier partner and have escalated the matter to the top level. Hoping for clearance at the earliest.
I do understand that we have disappointed you at multiple checkpoints. Once again please accept our sincere apologies. Though some of the reasons were beyond our control, still we feel disappointed to have let you down. I just hope that we get another opportunity so that we can justify our service levels.

I was hesitant to buy through Utsav at first, but I have been hooked! Products are as described and arrive in a timely manner.
They sell products at a price that you can find in Jackson Heights, New York as well. They had a free stitching and free shipping offer, so I placed multiple orders. But they emailed me separately to ask for stitching charges. When I got into an argument about this, they said stitching would be free. Later they delivered poor quality products to my house. They created same patterns using poor fabric quality. Not happy about this. I had asked to cancel the order, but instead they tried to fool me byour using cheaper fabric material.

As regards pricing, we believe we offer a very competitive pricing. We are into this business for over 15 years and we always try to offer the best value for money to our customers. At times you may find limited few items at a cheaper rate but trust us it is not possible for us to understand the reason for their pricing. However, for our valuable customers, we do have a price match assurance in place. So we do not match the price and in case we cannot, we refund 100% of the amount paid.
Quality assessment also depends on an individuals perception. Hence in case, our customers are not satisfied we do have a very friendly cancellation and refund policy in place. We might suggest alternate options as we always intend to deliver a happy experience, but our customers always have the option to cancel the order and get the refund back to his or her account.

Ordered 4 products from utsav. 2 were ordered as the website said they were going to ship in 10 days - plenty of time before my brother's wedding I thought -20 days later, no one in the company can tell
Me when they will be shipped. Bunch of scamsters. Oh the other 2 products have been shipped 10 days ago - again no one can tell me where they are- meant to be 3-5 days to reach me... what a JOKE. Do NOT ever use this website. Would not even give them 1 star. Even if I ever receive my goods I can bet the quality will be complete rubbish. If only I knew the standard of this company before I used them. Ruined my brother's wedding for me

The suit is not worth the price... very substandard material used... really sad with the suit... very tight... no room for alteration... people who are going all gaga over the reviews here decieved me into buying online from utsav... never again would trust online shopping instead would trust relatives to send Indian clothes overseas.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Though we understand that we were not able to deliver your chosen product as per your event date, we would like to mention that the item chosen by you itself was from 30 days time to ship category. Though we tried doing it early, we were unable to. We regret the same.
We also shared the option with you to cancel or chose any alternate product from our ready to ship section on 24th October itself. However, you were not comfortable with the differential amount even after the additional discount offered by us. As regards Chat disconnection, it was due to the network issue and not intentional. We do not have the option to connect back with the customer on Chat proactively and hence the impression you got was that we disconnected, Looking forward to your understanding.
