Had to order a whole lot of outfits for a wedding inthat my daughter has to attend in india and since we live in the pacific, no way we could get all these outfits. So utsav fashion made it easy- everything bought was perfect and fitted well. I had it sent to singapore in time for her to pick up and after trying said all of them were great- so thanks a lot.
Had some slight issues with shipping dates and time but it was fixed so fast. The outfits are beautiful and the quality of stitching is great. I've been using this company for a few years now and will definitely continue to give them my business.
They were understanding and prompt in getting back. Very respectful. Made the experience much better than I would've imagined

My most difficult part f the entire process was the selection. There was a wide selection to choose. After I selected, everything was simple and easy.
The product is same as shown in the picture. Very satisfied. Because of that i have ordered another one for my sister.
The saree was advertised as Kanchipuram silk saree. But the saree I received is not a kanchipuram silk, it's appeared to be silk cotton saree with Jari. Very much disappointed.
What I received is not at all like the image they have shown on the website. Very misleading! Quality poor with lot of wrinkles and folds. I know in general prices are high but at least they should have cared to provide the quality as promised. I have ordered 3 different products. All ended in total disappointment.

I am very happy with my dealings with Utsav Fashions, as a non-Indian I am very amazed at the range they carry and I am very happy with the service and advice I have had from them.

Their communication is excellent; their prices reasonable and their specials outstanding. The clothing I have acquired I simply love, the finish is excellent, items are often fully lined. The choices endless. Their web site is beyond tantalizing! I have bought many garments from India and although not Indian love the designs, the fabric and here is the best provider of garments i have so far found.
This was my worst online shopping experience. I feel like Utsav did not even care. Any other company would have bent over to make sure that the customer is satisfied
Very poor stitching workmanship of garment, no neatness of stitching, Pants is short, have to pay to redo hem. Garments was not ironed.

In general, I have had good experience when ordering products. My one complaint is that I am given discount codes that I can never use. When I insert it in the applicable box, it always comes back at me that it is not applicable. I received one 20% off and reached out to Utsav when I could not use it. They said that they corrected the problem but the free shipping had expired by then and it negated the 20% coupon.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
However, as I can check, our customer care team was in touch with you throughout the time. Your item was first shipped around 15th of December, but the same got returned by the courier as there was no one to receive the parcel. Unfortunately, we could not have done anything here. Later you asked us to ship the item to a new address, which we did and the item as well got delivered.
