Although I saw several lovely items at this site, I ordered only one Abaya salwar, as I wanted to ensure quality of product and experience before ordering more. The abaya I received was beautiful, and the color was true to the picture advertised. I received it in time for a function at my husband's work, and received so many compliments and requests for information about where I purchased it. I offered feedback to Utsav, that the next time I order, I will go up a size. I also recommended, that the size chart feature conversion to American and Canadian misses and women's sizes. Someone at customer service appeared to take this as a criticism, but it was just a suggestion for ease of accurate ordering. I will most certainly be ordering from Utsav again. The clothing is beautiful and timely shipped. I was not disappointed and appreciate the variety of salwar styles, ( abaya, Pakistani, Punjabi, straight suit, Anarkalis, Palazzo, etc), that that Utsav offers.
I had ordered a Foil Printed Art Silk Saree with item code szy754 but the product I received was of very cheap quality and not at all art silk. It was a gift for someone and now I have to think of something else to gift. I informed Utsav Fashion about the difference in quality and they've told me to send the product back through courier and bear the courier cost myself. And I'm okay with that but they've also mentioned that they'll refund the amount back to me as a store credit which will in turn force me to buy again from them... When the product is not upto the mark why should I the customer bear the brunt of it. I've asked them for a refund back to my credit card but they are not responding. Extremely dissatisfied by their customer service!

I hope, you are really a robot. So I can understand, if you think like a robot.
We informed you in our mail in February about tax regulation in Indonesia,
So we asked you not to send our order exceeding usd 100 for each shipment.
So consequently for further shipment should be shipped, because of this tax regulation.
In March we placed new order, but by your mistake, you sent 2 orders together with total value of usd 109.57 and for this mis-shipment, we have to pay approximal usd 50 tax and duty.
But for your mistake you are ready to pay only 50% of due tax.
Sure as always, you will say regarding tax and duty in receiving country is not in your control.
But to ship the parcel not exceeding usd 100 is surely IN YOUR CONTROL.
May be this is a mistake of your system or your human resources or your calculator by shipping parcel exceeding USD 100.
But for sure, it is NOT our mistake. We informed you already in February about this Indonesia custom regulation.
The questions is, why we should bear 50% of the duty, if the mistake done 100% by UTSAV.
Now already 20 days and you have NOT take any useful action to solve this problem.
You prefer to ruin than to keep your company reputation.
You as customer service may be doesnt care about company reputation. But your directors do.
We will write this negative reviews every day, until we have our right to receive what we paid.
I have purchased 10 items recently from UtsavFashion and love their items. They provide great options to stitch and ship to your door in reasonable time. They delayed my order 2 times talking about a quality control check. Then when I complained they sent a message saying the order was ready in sizes 38 and 47 only problem I ordered the sherwani in size 42. BAD BAD BAD

I have bought several of outfits from this site and i'm pretty darn satisfied. The customer service is good and they always reply asap. Even has a live chat.
I have been shopping with Utsav for quite some time now. Their customer service is awesome, they promptly respond to the emails. Their shipping is prompt and the goods reached on time as promised. I am very disappointed by the product though. The quality is poor and not up to the mark. The color and description of the saree in their website doesn't match the delivered product.
I ordered one piece of salwar kamez Item Code: kye763
Embroidered Art Silk Jacquard Straight Suit in Pink. But they did not send clothes which is art slik. Kamez is not art silk.
Although i am happy about my purchase, i was Disappointed about the shipping time. Shipping was delayed.

Was initially very upset with the tremendous delay to ship my order. I have finally received my maang tikka just on time. Im glad there has been no compromise with the quality and I loved the tikka.
A suggestion to please train your customer service staff better in handling with top priority orders.
Ordered something so small like a maang tikka a month back and I still haven't received my order yet. The customer service is extremely slow and not efficient.
I have been in correspondence with their representative Mithun who has for pity sake finally sent me some tracking link that doesn't even work. I had specially requested Mithun to send my order through an express shipping company since the delay was from their side and he still didnt bother to treat this matter with urgency or respect. Its my besties wedding in exactly 5 days and I dont even know if I will get my order before that.
Also, I would like to highlight to Utsav that giving your angry customer a 10% discount (to fix your mishap) with a timeline of 30 days is even more insulting. Instead ensuring my order is sent on time and with priority would make me happy. Never recommending Utsav to anyone.
