This company was very professional to deal with. They were in contact with you all the way through the rental. They showed up early which allowed my kids to have a longer time on the bounce house. The person who delivered, and set up the bounce house was friendly and knew exactly what to do. I will definitely be reaching out to them again in the future if and when I need another bounce house.

It was great. The only downfall was the extremely late pick up. The driver didn't come get it until an hour after we had closed.

Great company to work with! I will definitely be using them again for future events. They arrived on time, set up quickly, and did the same at the end of the event. The items we rented were in great shape and were a blast! It added so much to our event!
I do wish I had known more about the bounce houses and perhaps how many staff (approximately) it would take to properly man them. We were under prepared for the amount of labor it took to make sure the bounces houses ran smoothly throughout our event. For example one of the obstacle courses required three people all day. Lessoned learned on our part! But highly recommend Bouncin' Bins!

I got my 7 year old one of the bounce house / obstacles. Let me just say everyone who came loved it birthday boy and guest stayed inside the whole time very pleased. I'll be ordering with bouncin bins again thank you so much Norma for all the help also to the nice gentleman who delivered & picked up was very nice and professional. Bouncing Bins was great to work with. We miss calculated our sizing and they were a huge help last minute to get us the right bounce house that would fit in our space. We will be using them again no doubt!
