Great experience! I've always set them up myself and it was a welcomed relief to have it all taken care of. They came early to set up, including plugging in equipment with extension cords that they brought, and hooking up the water hoses for our wet slides. My only feedback is that I wish I would have know, prior to the party and set up, that the double lane slip n slide requires two water hoses. We were able to run to home depot and grab a water hose splitter so all worked out.

Driver forgot to leave the snow cone machine. When he came back he let the snow cone machine with cotton candy supplies.

Two of the items we rented were not functioning correctly. The dunk talk was broken and did not function properly most of the day. The Gauntlet, collapse three times while students were in it as it appeared to have a hole in it.

Great! Delivery set up on time. The generator went off twice but it was fixed quickly.

The process of booking online was super simple. The communication was also stellar. They called 2 days before the event to confirm all the details and then also sent a text notification the day of the event to confirm. I did the self-setup and it was pretty simple. The bounce house is VERY heavy, so make sure to have a dolly handy, but other than that super simple setup. We took advantage of their weekend rental and my kids (and neighbors) enjoyed it all weekend after the actual party.

All the equipment we wanted is available and I had to change the date, and no problem. We used the slide last reunion and it was fun and everybody loved it!

Booking was easy and seamless. Bouncin bins had excellent customer service and provided help when needed. The day of delivery was perfect and everything was set up and ready to go in plenty of time for our event. I would without a doubt recommend boucin bins or use them in the future

They were helpful and communicative, the bounce house was a HUGE hit and when I had an issue during set up I was able to speak with my event coordinator and resolve it quickly. I would definitely recommend and rent from them again!

I had an UNEXPECTEDLY WONDERFUL experience with BOUNCIN' BINS, Utah! I can't say enough about the size and quality of the Bounce House and Cotton Candy Machine! I have personally rented bounce houses for parties before, but none compared to the Bouncin' Bins one in size...and the other parents at the daycare party said the same! Best of all, the Bouncin' Bins Customer Service was Fantastic! The setup crew arrived promptly and were helpful, polite, and professional. And Tom from the Shop WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I am more grateful than he knows! The party was the best we've had out of MANY over the years...and we're already planning on a repeat for next year! HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!
