We rented the castle bounce house for a birthday party. It was a hit!
Working with Bouncin Bins was so easy! I was able to book online, which I love. When I needed to change the date of our rental, I called up and they were so kind and it was so simple.
The drop-off and pick-up was great too.

The rental process was mostly easy. They were nice and offered us a nonprofit discount. During our event the train kept breaking down and the train carts kept falling off. It was not a great experience and I would not recommend anyone rent the train. We are all volunteers so to spend so much money on something that didn't work well when that money could have gone to our cancer kiddos is very disappointing.
This was a great experience renting from Bouncin Bins, I would totally recommend them to anyone. The team that delivered the bounce houses, slide and rock wall were so kind and helpful. We appreciate them so much, it made our neighborhood church carnival such a success!

Helpful when making selections and placing order. Delivery & setup to the park were on time as scheduled. Attendants were courteous and aware of kid's activities going on around them. Inflatables and generators worked the entire time without any issues. Very good experience for our employees and their families.

The delivery person was very nice but I had trouble communicating with him due to language barrier, and the equipment was so heavy he had trouble setting it up himself and adjusting it to my hose length and preferences.

The attendees did not know how to operate the ride. It was deflated less than half way through the party. The manager tried to blame the fact that there were young kids in attendance that it didn't work - - there were ALL ages and the woman who originally helped me order told me it was ideal for children because the solid rock wall was too difficult. REGARDLESS if they tried to blame the ages of guests the attendants didn't know how to operate the harnesses and they did not work even once! It was a hazard as the rope would release and drop the young employees trying to operate it. Inexcusable. The entire party was revolves around this rock wall and it ruined it. I absolutely will be disputing this charge. I have a heart broken son. Please make this right.

We had a great experience. The bounce house was clean and in very good condition. They made sure we had everything prior to leaving. The men that helped us load into our truck were very kind. We got a cotton candy maker and when we went to use it it was covered in purple sticky stuff. I didn't mind however because I planned to clean it anyway. Just a little feedback but very happy with it still. Thanks again for making super fun birthday party.
