Overall it was a great experience. The hose was not attached correctly so we didn't get the full output but it was still good but would have liked it all.

The party was an amazing experience with the bounce house because the young children that we had at the party were able to use it as a primary form of entertainment. It was great for all the parents involved to be able to relax knowing their kids. We're just bouncing and having a great time.

We LOVED our slide it was the perfect size for our 7 year old's birthday party! Loved the pick up and drop off times which were so convenient and we enjoyed the extra days of use! Our kids wanted to keep it. We also got a cotton candy machine, the cones and flavor for free for being a returning client! The workers were very helpful, kind and quick during pick up and drop off.
Note: these slides are HEAVY! If you choose to transport on your own, have 4-6 men, a tractor or a forklift handy! It was a bear to pack back up and load in the truck.

The inflatable that was delivered was coated in dirt and dust. Sections of it were broken, deflated, and falling apart. They were over 2 hours early to set up and about 2 hours late to pick up.
The instructor and supervisor arrived on time and called before to confirm we were ready for their arrival. I met with them myself and they understood exactly what I wanted and how to do it. They had a couple issues as far as the bull operation but they were fixed fast and the instructor stayed at his post the entire event. My own workers didn't even do that! He communicated that he had another job to install and that he would leave his equipment to be picked up by the supervisor. An hour later they came back and tore it down and the rest of the event was cleaned up as well! Would highly recommend getting the bang for your buck with this bull.
