Working with the company was awesome. Unfortunately the inflatable we got didn't stay inflated well. It was difficult to use and we could only have one kid on it at a time. So it was slightly frustrating.
On time and setup quickly for the 4th of July holiday. No issues and the equipment worked as it was marketed.

We have always enjoyed working with BouncinBins and this time was no different except when they asked if they could come set up the day before our event. I said that would be great but I wasn't sure what time I would be there to accept it. They said they would call first to let me know.
They never called ahead of time so I wasn't home so they set it up anyway. It was not in a good spot at all so we were tripping over cords and hoses all day long!
A confirmation call wou have been great so we could have made sure it was in the right place.

Called to get the remainder of our equipment installed on our slide. Was suppose to have sprays down the middle area. We have used your company for many years, very disappointed in the response. Did not pick up the equipment at the end of the rental and left it on the front lawn til mid day. We have always loved using your company but with your price increase, it was disappointing that your service was not as good as in the past.
They were great! I loved that they came and set it up. It was secure and everything worked great. I highly recommend them!

Seems like they say what you want to hear over the phone before you give them payment and after you've paid and are busy in the middle of your kids party they switch it up. Distasteful, honestly.

We love renting from Utah Bouncin Bins. We love that they set up and tack down. This allows us to focus on the other party planning items. The 18 ft screener was a big hit for all ages 4-18 which was the age range of the children at this event.
The circle merry go round was larger than we were expecting. It still very fun. This was an outside - our 10 - 15 mile winds pushed it down a few times. I don't think we would have had this problem with the square design ones.
