Our event was scheduled from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. I was told to be at the location at 3:30 PM to meet to get the bounce houses set up. It wasn't until about 4:15 PM that they arrived and the generator was not working. They left and came back in about 30 min with a new generator, leaving the one that didn't work behind as well. The event ended at 8:00 PM, I did not hear from the drivers that they were running late until I called the office. After calling the office I was told they should be there soon. After waiting for about 15 min I called the driver and was told they would be there in 15 minutes. Shortly after I received a call from them letting me know that they would be another 30 minutes because they had to do a different pick up before. I was understanding, but now it was 9:05 and still no one there to pick up the bounce houses. I called the number on the contract - 80-386-5777 and spoke to someone on the line who seemed annoyed that I was calling and told me to leave the bounce houses and generators at the park. As you can imagine my stress about leaving expensive equipment in the middle of a park (close to closing hours). I understand that issues and delays occur but it was more stressful and frustrating than it needed to be. From kids waiting for the bounce houses to finally work to worrying if I was going to be held liable after being told to leave the equipment. I left a rather large tip for the drivers after paying a decent amount of money for renting the two bounce houses which I now feel was not worth the money. It's a shame that this was our experience.
It was good experience with them. They came early and installed it.
The delivery drivers were super accommodating and patient.

The man putting it up and down was friendly and efficient. When he came to get it he let the kids bounce right up to 8:00 which was the assigned time. The kids had a great time and it was well worth the money.

Easy to pickup and dropoff. We were surprised that when we rented a dry unit for our indoor event and set it up it was all wet and full of grass and debris from the previous rental. Had obviously been used wet and got our indoor area dirty. Otherwise it was a great experience.

The obstacle course we ordered kept the kids happily entertained for hours at our family reunion. And at a good price. The set up was done promptly and efficiently by a couple of very courteous workers. I hesitiate to give a five star because the website is a little tricky to navigate and the search feature didn't work at all, even though I had the exact name of the obstacle course we wanted to rent. But it was worth it.

The slide was in good condition. The kids had a blast sliding all afternoon. They dropped it off prior to the party and picked it up afterwards. It was a fun day.

Very frustrating that they never pick up the bounce house when the party ends. We've used you guys so many times and never can be there on time. And it's the day after and still haven't shown up.

This was a great company to work with! Very helpful and informative over the phone and through email and text after booking. They came early to set up, which was very quick as well as take down. The bouncy house and water slide combo was extremely clean when it arrived. The kids enjoyed it for hours.

Everything went exactly as promised and planned. It was so easy! The delivery people were just as pleasant as the Assistant who answered the phone. I highly recommend Bouncin' Bins and will use them again for all of my summer time activities.

The original dunk tank I took made it about 1/2 mile before the side started disconnecting from the tank so I turned around and returned it. The second one was built better and made it home. Once home the wood under the step (By the ladder) to get onto the seat began to crumble / splinter everywhere. I had to take out all the wood pieces under the seat and cut a 2x6 piece of wood to size and put it back under the seat to ensure it was safe. Additionally, The metal extension arm that the ball hits wasn't attached (the circle plate that attaches to the arm) I used 10 zip times throughout the day to try and keep it on with no avail so I just stopped trying. Our family had to stop and put it back on after each throw. Overall, not a great experience.
Everyone was kind and helpful - the slide was WONDERFUL! The only glitch came when there was a mix up some how and we ended up on the early delivery (day before) list and no one had notified us.
We weren't prepared and couldn't receive it early - and we prefer to not receive it a full day early (it would have been 24 hours early) because it could ruin our lawn. The drivers were most understanding and polite and kind... they came back about 8:00 that night and we could receive it then and our lawn was not subject to the "baking affect". We love BB equipment and your staff is great... mixups happen... they just do sometimes.
