I was given the wrong slide. But to make up for it I was brought a cotton candy machine and a snow cone maker. The cotton candy machine didn't work though.
The company was very easy to work with and they have good prices.

So quick getting our rental and loading it and I ended up arriving 30 minutes early to return my rental and they unloaded it anyways. Everyone was very nice. The loaders/unloaders are amazing at their job they make it look easy!

The delivery and take down were easy. The product was just as described. The delivery did come a day early and caught us off guard… so we had to deflate the bounce house and put the blowers out of the way of sprinklers that were coming on that evening, but better early than late.
They came, set it up. They were friendly. Customer service was great. Would definitely rent from them again!

Dunk Tank was dirty and had two holes in it that we patched so we could use for our event.

Installer was a very nice polite young man. He quickly and efficiently setup bounce house and picked it up promptly at 8:30. Unfortunately, we couldn't use it after 6:30p as rain started and never quit.

I would highly recommend Bouncing Bins. Customer service was outstanding. The representatives made sure we were set up for our charity event with no issues. The only issue I had was communication with the attendant. I needed the wall facing North and due to the language barrier, the attendant did not understand what I was requesting. The sun was so intense, we were unable to use the easy climb because that side of the wall was too hot.
The waterslide was big and amazing quality! My kids loved it! We had to wait over 45 mins when we went to pick up our inflatable even after they had confirmed our pick up time earlier in the week. There was no one else picking up at that time that caused the delay but instead our waterslide was not even at the facility and we had to wait for it to arrive. This ended up making me very late for other things that evening. Just know you might be waiting a while if you do customer pick up for these very pricey inflatables.
