Scam! Thought i was getting a free tax assessment on my property. Nope! Billed be 4 times. Will be putting a hold on these transactions. I should have called my city but it was after hours for this. All of this info is free from your local city assessment board.

The information was exactly what I wanted. If you are a one-time user, make sure you check your credit card billing. A monthly subscription seems to be automatically included.

The process is very simple and clear. It's worth for just $1.25 for only one time charge. I will use one per year to know the value of my house and to find out how much property tax i pay each year for filing my tax return

I thought the process was very simple and I got just exactly what I wanted in just a few minutes. My card better not get charged for more than the $1.25 that it states originally. I don't want a monthly subscription. I only needed to use it once and once only. Thank you.

Just needed more information about a house they were renting to make sure it was the right owners and i wasn't being scamed and it really helped me alot
