Don't waste your $1.25 for this. You find the same info on Zillow. There's nothing in these reports other then the stuff you find on Realtor or Zillow.

The property belonged to Charles and Ethel Pollard, the will specified two daughters would get the property, The will was changed and a sister was not notified by the attorney they had and the sister was not notified the will had been changed until Mr. Pollard passed.
