Looking to see what my residence is worth. Renting property presently.

Research was quick and concise.

I was curious regarding the tax base on my home and happened up on US Realty Records. Figured I would waste $1.25 to see where it took me. Wow! Everything I could have possibly asked for was right there before my eyes! If you require information on your home, this is the site for you

Please be advised that I began what i truly believed to be an ordeal in search for a childhood home my siblings were privileged enough to reside in. I was pleasantly shocked and certainly appreciated the ease and quick results in which i encountered. Thank you for a great thought turned into a wonderful, recognizable memory for msny years to come! I have no photos to share, only great appreciation!

Trying to rent a house and the person that said he own the house is not the owner so I'm just looking him up before I send him money.

Be aware, all the information revealed on US Realty Records can be obtained FREELY from other free site. I spend $1.25 trying to get some detailed information like Criminal records, before I made payment, there is a line showing criminal records. However, after I made payment and download the report, all that gave me is a fking general information about the property, which can be obtained anywhere!

I received the info I needed, quickly and in a good format. It did not take very long either, which I am grateful for.

I was searching for something. I found the answer to what I was searching for. Will search this site again to find what I'm looking for.

Lots of information in one place. Handy enough and certainly not prohibitively expensive. I'd probably subscribe if I did this very often. Most of it does appear to be available in other locations but it takes a bit of searching and compiling yourself. It looks good so far. My understanding is that it's a one time charge, if that isn't the case then I may change my opinion.

Works good. I looked for the info provided on other sites and the public records. Found nothing. Looked here and fouund immediately.

I expected to see the taxes for the Disability Military people and these wasn't. My husband brought his military disability paperwork to the tax county house, what happened to it?

I paid over a million for my house and this report values it at less than 500,000.00 Obviously a waste of money.

I should have known that there would be a lag in the information provided. The tax numbers were from 2018, too long ago to help me.

It is a shame since the information provided was good and could have been useful if only it was current.

This was so easy. Our dad died last week. We could not find the tax bill that due tomorrow. We got parcel number
And paid it on online. Total time it took 10 minutes. The price was next to nothing for this service.
