To hard to get report. You want mon ey I pay it produce.

Haven't had a chance to look at it when i was asked to review it, so I'm not sure what it looks like.

Be more up front and honest with what you are providing for what cost. Most os us feel cheated with the way you are doing it. We might have considered the higher price offering if we didn't feel low-balled,

I was at first not sure of the site to get information, but it ran the report fast and gave me what I wanted.

Total bait and switch with an insultingly high increased price to actually get what was promised. (Obviously the service does not deserve even the one star).

Great experience! Found the exact information that I needed about the property.

This report would be a lot better if it gives you the information that it states in the beginning of the report before you pay for the basic report. It tends to lead you to believe that you are getting a "Full Report" when in essence you are not!
I guess if you pay the! 9.95 you may get the rest of the report. Nort sure but I certainly wasn't going to do that!

Great price for what I needed. We are renting a cabin up North for a weekend getaway and I needed a way to check and make sure the person collecting our money was in fact the property owner and your report gave us that information.

I need to know the name of the actual owner of the building I live in but all they gave me is "CA rentals inc" which isn't listed online ore in the yellow pages so I really didn't get the info I needed

Need to know if the house is available for sale. And how do you go about buying it.

I found the report to not choose surrounding comps of the property that would be more current. I feel I should not have to support the Brunswick County records in this manner. I do not need all of the information included on this report.

Hopefully after the Nov. Election we can make a move back to Pa. This will give us a idea of value of this property. We know value has increased but nothing big. The process was easy, fast and certainly cheap enough that anyone can afford it.
