The review did not fit the actual condition of the property now. I just looked
At the property and there are a lot of issues compared to the value.

I needed property information for one address and the report was complete and fast for only $1.98! The information was a lot easier to obtain rather then going through the County website.

! received a Great 9 page report on the above Property.
The only thing that I question is the Square Feet provided.
The Cook County assessor says the house is 2776 Square Feet.
Your Report says the house has 3000 Square Feet! Who is Right?

Satisfied with the report but you took me to a page informing me that I had enrolled in a $19.95 Per Month service fee for continuing to use your service. I do NOT Want the service.

This was the information I was looking for. I can use it for my Appraisal hearing.

Information for filing a protest on property taxes

I needed a quick way to figure out the general value of my home as I started the refinance process. This was an easy way to ballpark the value that seem pretty accurate. It is significantly lower than the county "appraised" value, but county appraisals or often off. Nevertheless, I will be having an official appraisal done in the next couple of weeks and I will compare its accuracy then.

Review was very fast and gave me the information that I needed for my report and for $1.25 you can't beat it.

My report had everything I needed plus more additional information that I didn't even think about... but glad to know.

I did not get much information about this house before I purchased it, but I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. I was happy to see what it looked like prior to my purchasing it. I have made some upgrades and wondered if I had done the home justice. I am glad to see that I did. Thank you so much for allowing me to see that I did the right things.
